“My car lost all electrical power. Had it towed to Tires Plus. They said they couldn't diagnose the problem. Recommended I take it to a dealer. Never heard of a major service shop that just gives up and says tow it somewhere else. Towed it to Precision Auto. Diagnosed major problems, unfortunately for me. Told me one of the computer parts required was on a national backorder and could take up to 3 months to get in. I was resigned to wait since I had no options. Allan, the service person who was assisting me, called me 2 days later and said he had tracked down my part somewhere in Texas and he would ship it here next day. One day later the job was done and I was back on the road. Allan went above and beyond to solve a serious problem and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service!”

“Update: Still HIGHLY RECOMMEND - If you do encounter an issue I have found the owner to be quite responsive and adept with customer service.
I have experienced a couple issues over the years BUT when you factor in:
a) car washes do one thing over and over and over thus they will eventually break down
b) when I've had issues my messages to the owner have been PROMPTLY RETURNED packed with solution(s)
c) phone app exists for this place (Touch4Wash) that facilitates payment, system control - even account history
