It's ok until you voice your opinion about your pets care. Then the manager becomes a child and makes it your problem.

I'm giving a 1 star rating for the Apple Valley location. The manager there is very rude and a know it all, I don't recommend going there to anyone. When I went to the lakeville location I had a very good experience.
