I called and they said my prescription would be ready at 1230. At 1pm I called because I hadn’t received a notification it was ready. They called me back and said it was now ready. I came at 140 and they were closed for lunch which is no problem, and waited until 2pm. At 2pm, they told me it was not ready. I said I called and they told me it was ready. They said it’s not I have to come back. I said I called to make sure it’s ready. He said it’s not ready come back in five to ten minutes. I said I’m going to wait here. He told me I can’t wait there and I need to leave if I want to be served. Absolute worst service I’ve ever received and will never come back.

It’s a poorly run situation usually under staffed, several ethnic employees, which makes communication difficult for older people. Service is ok but slow, lines are random, it’s the New Normal! It’s a Marginal concept poorly executed!
Staff are fine , it’s just very Marginal as a Pharmacy. Your better getting them through the mail, if you can set up the logistics.

This location used to be much better. My dad has been waiting to pick up his prescription for 8 days now. We tried to call them and they were not nice about it. I think these folks are new and have very little customer service skills. We didn't recognize anyone there.

Pointing the finger at corporate is an infuriating trait. When you handle people's medication it would be nice to have empathy. There is none. I actually felt that the pharmacy staff was getting satisfaction from telling me how they could not help. My experience was poor and feel like I don't want to deal with these team members anymore. Too bad, I really like Target but CVS can go scratch.

Overall I found the pharmacy area of the target store the dirtiest part of the whole place. Not what I want to see when receiving medical anything, especially an injection. I also did not appreciate the weird lack of a appropriate comfortable private spot to receive the shot or wait. I specifically scheduled through CVS because I figured the facility would be well kept and organized. I would have preferred to go to the somewhat run-down Cub Foods pharmacy near my house in hind sight. Staff was helpful and courteous so not pointing a finger at them. I just honestly thought CVS had high standards with regards to the appearance of their brand and that thought was crushed very shortly after arriving there. I almost left while I waited and wondered.

Been using this pharmacy for a while, I always get great service, but it does get busy at times. I got my flu shot here as well this year, pharmacist (Gary, in this case) was very friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

I've used this pharmacy for a long time with minimal issues, but recently I went in to pick up a 1 month refill of my medication needed for my chronic illness. They had sent me multiple texts that my refill was ready to pick up, but I couldn't get it until a week later. When I was finally able to go pick it up, they told me that I had no refills available. I explained that my doctor authorized a refill and that I had gotten texts it was ready to be picked up, but the tech maintained that I had no refills available. If I hadn't picked up that refill yet, where did it just go? I asked if their system showed when refills were available but not filled or picked up, and the tech told me "sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't." What sense does that even make? Refills don't just disappear when they've been called in but not picked up. To make it worse, my doctor denied their request for another refill since they had just called in a month's worth, so I've been without my needed daily medication for two weeks now. I just simply do not understand how an authorized available refill could just disappear and apparently no longer exist like that.

The wait times are ridiculous. The lines are not clear to customers and no one knows where to stand. Please get more staff.

Never ready when they say they will be.... they close on Labor Day which is the exact day I need my refill.... don't go here if you take medication you need daily
