Tried to dispose of old prescriptions at the CVS at 15051 Galaxie Ave, Apple Valley, MN only to find an "OUT OF ORDER" sign on the disposal box. It is one of the worst managed stores.

Terrible place for getting prescriptions. The only pharmacy I have used that shuts down for 1-2 hours in the middle of the day for lunch. If you are in line waiting they tell you to come back later. Try staggering your breaks. You some common sense. This is why your jobs are being replaced by online retailers.

Our regular CVS in Rosemount was closed and our prescriptions transferred to this one. We have time sensitive medications that sit for hours, if not days, and the only way to talk to anyone is by going there (where it is pretty clear they don't give a shit) or hoping they return your voicemail. We are required to use CVS for our insurance, and we are exploring just paying more to go elsewhere

The pharmacy is the worst! Our insurance requires us to use CVS. I can't wait to get on Medicare so we can go somewhere else.

I have read some of these reviews. I concur; this particular CVS has some real issues. Prisoners running the asylum. If l write out my experience with the encounter ln had with one of the employees, it will be very long, very detailed and very damning. For now, a little advice: train your people!
17 phone calls to and from this establishment. Think l'' m kidding? They are still on my phone, and l took a screen shot to prove it.

Lady named patty works in the pharmacy kept leaving me voicemails and giving me incorrect information regarding prescriptions that I have been on for well over a year. She stated my doctor only sent in one script from December 12th which was not true I had a pickup November 29th than she stated that CVS is not in network with Medicaid. As well as mentioning about something regarding a prior authorization which makes zero sense as both of these medications I have been taking for over a year there would be no prior authorization the only change was I needed to use a different pharmacy one time due to the holiday and my regular pharmacy being closed whatever you do please do not use this one.

Rx never ready when they are due. Pharmacist fights against Dr orders to when and how I should be taking my medication. Everytime I call I get a different answer from person to person and if you leave a vmail, they call you back but do not leave a msg so you have to start all over again

Issues with Coke products not stocked and or damaged and leaking and sticky on shelves.

Debating calling the MN pharmacy board. Had a Rx for 4 pills per day for 5 days, pharmacist gave me 5 pills total. Let's hope they're the right pills or even the proper dose.
I'll go to walgreens or Hyvee from now on.

Went in there to do the self serve blood pressure test with my girlfriend, after that we looked around for awhile at the discounted items, until the lady up front threatened to call the police on us because she said we were loitering. She was very rude and and hostile towards us while we were just minding our own business looking around.
Pretty sad when store employee threatens to call cops on you just for looking around. Will not be coming back.

Really pharmacy closed for lunch! Staffing issues? I had to run back and forth 3 times from dropping off the script to picking it up! What a hassle. The oldest lady that works there is very rude! No wonder cvs stores are closing! Figure out how to do business for your customers without inconvenience! Will be take my business elsewhere!

I walked in to print out pictures and I nicely asked the lady if the printer was working because the machine was opened, I can not express how extremely rude this lady was to me. She yelled at me and walked away saying “I don’t know I’m fixing the paper, what does it look like!!!” How unprofessional and rude. I walked out very unsatisfied and the whole situation was completely unprofessional of her:(
