The worst CVS I was in. The guy said I can go to somewhere else to get my vaccine because there is a long line waiting. Appointment means nothing to him. Although he is the only one working there, it doesn’t grand him the excuse to be disrespectful to other people’s appointments!

They had a sign saying “walk-in booster appointments” placed by the door. I walked in and asked if I could have a booster and the woman was exceptionally rude and couldn’t even believe I asked. Never, ever going back.

I’m not one to provide reviews but in this case I thought it necessary. Quite honestly if I could give this place a negative score I would. Dr called in my prescription 2 hours before I came to pick it up. I tried to call to confirm it was ready but no one answered the phone. After about 30 min of waiting on hold I went in. Low and behold they have no record of my prescription. Told me to call the dr to see if it was called in. Called the Dr. and they said nobody answered the phone when they called it in. So I’m standing there on my cell phone asking the pharmacist if they can take the prescription right there and she tells me the dr. has to call it in on their line. You see the conundrum here.... so I ask for the number and she tells me it’s the main line. So naturally I explain why that’s a problem. Luckily my dr called it in while I was on the phone and I stood there staring at the pharmacist while she took the call. They get off the phone and get everything entered. Then the pharmacist tells me “give us as much time as you can.” I looked at her with a “you’ve got to be kidding me” kind of look at which point in time she tells me 30 minutes... what a joke. Go somewhere else. This place should be shut down for how poorly it’s run.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been involved with. Terrible customer service, no knowledge of what is actually happening, and extremely slow at getting prescriptions ready. I have to constantly remind them to actually FILL my prescription or it won't actually get done. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

I went to pick up my prescription yesterday and the woman ringing me up told me that the pharmacist needed to talk to me. When I went to the consult window he asked me what questions I had and I told him none, he kept asking me what questions I had, and i was very confused as the woman told me he needed to talk to me. he then outright asked me why I was taking this medication which frankly was NONE of his business. I had a long appointment with my doctor to decide which medication would be correct for me. he told me it was his job to make sure I knew what I was taking. he then asked me if i had seizures, and then told me this medication would decrease them- even though I have no history of them. he did not seem like he knew he was talking about, overstepped multiple boundaries even after I told him i felt uncomfortable with this conversation and then walked away feeling just very confused and uneasy about my medication. This is not the first time i have had an issue with this pharmacy.... I went there another morning and they couldn't open the pharmacy because they did not have keys... switching pharmacies.

Ever since they took over from Target the service has gotten worse and worse. Been standing here 45 minutes waiting for a prescription that they have had for hours and they give me attitude like they are doing me a favor by doing their jobs at a snails pace. Worse service ever!!!

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, our son takes a steroid every day, but yet this place never has the right one or has it ready on time. I would do everything you can to go somewhere else.
