I've received two vehicle services at Dakota Auto Repair in recent months. Derek and the team are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and run an honest shop at a fair price. It's no wonder they've been in business as long as they have! As a woman who has been stiffed by shops and dealerships in the past, I have made an effort to gain a better understanding of maintenance and repair on my vehicle. I really appreciated Derek and the team taking the time to answer all of my questions and educate me when I showed interest in their processes. They show a genuine interest in providing quality service on your vehicle and go above and beyond to earn and keep your business. I will be sending all of my friends and family here. Five star work - hard to find these days - I highly recommend!!

These guys really know what they’re doing. I went in to discuss the issues I was having with my vehicle, and the technician immediately suggested it could be a program update for my transmission. Even though they had a two-week lead time, I brought my truck in, and midway through the day, I got a call saying there was an available update. He explained that it might not fix everything, but it was worth a shot for $200. After having no luck with the dealership, I told him to go ahead. Shortly after, he called back to say my truck was ready to pick up—just $200 as quoted. Now, my truck runs like it’s brand new. I’ve been to several places before this, and this was the first time someone actually fixed the issue. Thank you so much for your help!

Great, honest mechanics. Have been going here for more than a few years and all of the employees are very helpful. They do great work and aren’t the type that BS you just to get more business. Highly recommend these guys!

They were amazing. Called with some options, and then said they would check a couple other things, and came back with an option that worked for me. Picked my vehicle up a week later, and it runs great. They know their stuff inside and out. Having full confidence has become somewhat of a rarity. You will have it with them.
