Talk to the one of the employees about putting one tire on, he said come on in and they would do it for $32. Then when I got there some other guy comes out and says he can't put on the tire I got.... Even though it's the exact size and everything the same tire size and tire that Paco and sons put on that had no problems I would recommend to going Paco and sons they also have cheaper prices they are located in Bloomington. I will never ever go to a discount tire again and I will steer all my friends and customers away from them.

I bought 2 tires last year and after only 6000 miles they were ready for replacement. I was given a warranty credit for them which helped me get a better quality tire replacement at an affordable price. They also fixed another issue with a leaking tire on rear for free! Great service and team got my car in immediately and had me on my way in a short time. No 5 stars due to the fact that I bought wipers and even asked if they installed them and was told yes. They were not replaced but I was charged. When I bought my original tires from them I also got wipers which I had to ask to have put on because they didn't then either. This time after being told they were when they clearly were not I decided that rather than go back in again I just won't be buying wiper blades from them. I will buy and replace myself.

I got my tire changed and in a few months the tire was flat. I go in and they make me replace my back right and left tire. Not even a week later my front tire is flat. I genuinely believe they did this on purpose so that they can scam me out of more money. Worst service ever I’m never coming back.

Took 3+ hours on 2 separate days, hours after their estimated time to complete my tires. Already an hour late they said they couldn’t do it. Then on a second day, they had my vehicle for 6+ hours, got a call 1 minute before they closed saying they are the wrong bolt pattern. Impolite and unprofessional manager. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Waited in my car for 15 minutes for an air pressure check. They were not even busy. There was two cars parked in the parking lot and nobody in the store. The employees were just lollygagging about walking around back-and-forth. Clearly, my car was visible through the window. Walking around like chickens with their heads cut off doing absolutely nothing! Left to go to their competitor, and will no longer shop at Discount Tire due to poor quality of service.

Came in to have my wheels rotated and balanced before a road trip. Very sloppy work, They re use the weights if your tires
“ still balanced “ I understand this but thats not clean work. They work as groups of twos on vehicles and one side had new weights and one side didnt. If it wasnt for the life time balance and rotation I bought with my tires I will not go here anymore. Ill rather go to walmart tbh.

Discount Tire Apple Valley is fantastic. My daughter recently bought a car from a local dealership. A week into owning the car, one tire was consistently losing pressure. She reached out to the dealership and their response was basically, "once it's off our lot, it's your problem." Nice, right? We needed to get the tire fixed and had heard Discount Tire was great. Within an hour, they found a small nail, patched the tire and DID NOT charge her a cent. Thank you so much Discount Tire Apple Valley for helping out a hard-working college kid.

I have been a DT shopper for over a decade and have always been very happy with the service at their stores. I especially appreciate the free air pressure tests I take advantage of on a monthly basis to keep my tires healthy. The other day, Joseph was my attendant at the Apple Valley location, and he went above and beyond in helping me with this task, which is physically very hard for me to do on my own. He provided me with a complete report on the overall health of my tires and then proceeded to check the tire pressure and adjust them as necessary. Finally he showed me how to see all this information on my DT account, which is also extremely helpful for booking appointments and shopping for tires before heading to the store. Joseph was a very knowledgeable and friendly technician and a great person to help with all your tire needs!

Paige and Joe greeted me right when I walked in. They were friendly, professional, and most of all- prompt. I was in and out in about 15 minutes (with an appointment scheduled) as advertised. I've had some less than stellar experiences with this location in the past, but it seems like the location might've turned things around. 5 stars today!

I came in with a spot bulging out on my tire. Joesph Lyons’s was great, helping us find a better set of tire that I am very happy with. Thank you Joesph for being considerate with our time and being so helpful. If you need new tires, discount tire in apple valley had a great crew all around and are very helpful!
