About Dog Day Getaway
Dog Day Getaway is one of the first Dog Daycare & Boarding facilities of its kind in the Twin Cities. Open in 2004, it's currently a 12,000 sq. ft. facility with indoor & outdoor spaces for dogs. There are separate playrooms so that the pack can be divided up by dog temperament or size needs. DDG offers overnight dog boarding as well as dog daycare. Each overnight kennel has a raised Kuranda bed & dogs are only in their rooms overnight after a long day of fun & interactive play. DDG has 12 live webcams that can be viewed at any time. They also offer a full menu of Bathing services as well as a Self Wash option. Incredible add on services like dog walking, stuffed Kong's, dog ice cream and more are available. DDG is an awesome place for your four legged family members. Our fur baby loves going to DDG and pretty much forces his way into our car when we leave for work wanting to go there. Very caring staff.

DDG is amazing! The staff know my dog's name when we arrive and they are so kind and caring! It's fun to watch my pup on the webcams too. I will never go anywhere else.
