Called because I was recommended here. They wont see my son unless I chose to vaccinate him. That is disgusting. That is my choice and no one else's and to refuse care because of that. Wow. Just wow.

Dr. Dufort, the nurse practitioners and staff are incredible. Our son has been going to Dr. Dufort for almost two years. We are incredibly blessed with the great care the staff has provided us. If you are looking for a place where you are not just a patient, this is the place! Thank you for the phenomenal care and love you have shown our family.

I have been bringing my daughter here since she was 2 weeks old and she is now 3yrs! I have never witnessed so much love and compassion that everyone has here. The minute you walk through the door you will see smiling faces and a warm welcome! Everytime I have called them last minute looking for an appointment to be seen, they are always able to squeeze us in! Dr Dufort has been an amazing addition to my family, I would trust him and his team with everything I have. Just absolutely incredible!

This clinic is the best of the best! All of the staff make my family feel like THEIR family every time we walk in, from the people working the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors. Dr. Dufort in particular has been SUCH a gift to my family. He goes above and beyond every time we go in for a visit to connect with both me and my children, takes the time to REALLY see them as people verses a collection of symptoms, and is always extremely thoughtful and thorough in his assessments and recommended treatments. My kids love him. We love him. Oh, and when I sawy he goes above and beyond - that includes taking my panicked calls outside of business hours to help make sure my kiddos are OK and my mind as a parent is at ease. He is a rare gem in a field that has gotten so increasingly impersonal and complicated. We feel so lucky. I'd recommend this clinic to everyone - even though it's a 30 minute drive there for us. Worth every minute!

Dr. Dufort is amazing along with the nurses I have worked with however, the billing department and the way it is ran is terrible and is enough to make me star searching for new clinics. They have not billing my insurance companies first in multiple occasions and tell me that it's my fault for it even though I've given them the information on multiple occasions.

Dr Dufort, Andrea, medical and office staff do an amazing job with our child. Every concern is discussed throughly, kindly, informatively. We are offered choices for best care options and are truly listened to with our questions and choices fully supported. The abundant care Dr Dufort puts into caring for his patients and families is apparent. He has gone above and beyond for us. When my little one had an surprise concern from a procedure, he had us stay beyond normal hours helping us try to address it. Ultimately he called his network at Children’s Minnesota and found us the best treatment to address the issue! I have incredible respect for his expertise, bedside manner, and willingness to help find appropriate resources in a situation. The entire team is amazing. From the front desk answering phone calls regarding a sick baby to the nurses and medical assistants giving immunizations, they are knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. The nurse practitioners in this clinic are compassionate and will answer any questions. The medical field is tough right now with long hours due to staffing issues and ever expanding rules and regulations. I am grateful for the care and interactions provided to me with this clinic. You don’t often find a gem like this for pediatric care.

Steer clear of this clinic- especially if you have kids with ADHD. They have clearly accepted too many patients and can’t keep up with their current workload. Days to call in prescriptions and weeks to see a child for that isn’t a same day sickness. I have never felt more helpless as a parent trying to get my child medical care as I have with this clinic. Every month, getting their meds and prescriptions called in and filled has been days if not weeks of calls and tears. We have never experienced anything like it. (Even with five kids!) Needed a med check to deal with an ADHD med issue and was told it would be 4ish weeks to see any provider. Apparently, the management of a child’s ADHD isn’t part of caring for their patients. If a child is on ADHD meds, they can’t just go with out or deal with one that isn’t working for a month or more until a provider can fit them in. Might be an okay office if you only need to be seen for an ear infection or other simple virus, but if you need any sort of care that isn’t an immediate sickness- it will be at least a month before they will get you in. It’s basically a glorified urgent care.

My children have been going to this clinic for 4 years and during this time we have never been disappointed. All the staff from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor are very polite and professional. Thank you Eagan Valley Pediatrics for treating us as a family!!!

We go to Eagan Valley Pediatrics for over 4 years, ever since we moved to the area. I always had an amazing experience here! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They always able to set same day appointments for my kids when they sick.Thank you Dr. Duford and staff!!!
