Sam was GREAT! He squeezed me in same-day on a weekend and actually walked me out to show me everything that needed to be done immediately and what could wait. He explained clearly what he needed to do and was transparent about pricing. I will be back in the future and I will be recommending this shop to others!

I called Sam on the weekend and he was very straight forward and upcoming about what the issues may possibly be. He told me that he can only be certain of the issue if he does a diagnostic and told me the price of diagnostic.
I took my vehicle into his shop and waited while he was out picking up parts for other clients. When he arrived he checked my car and told me the issues upfront with the complete prices. For a weekend travel I really needed my car fixed and I agreed as I did not want to drive the car with the bad rear hub assembly. He ordered the genuine parts and within 4 hours my car was good as new.
Sam is an amazing mechanic and I will continue taking my cars to him because he has a lot of knowledge and experience to see what else may be going bad in the car.

Came by for a Pre Purchase Inspection and he was able to get me in same morning.
He is very friendly and honest. We were checking out a car being sold nearby and he was a neutral and unbiased, he just stated the problems he saw. He even invited us back in the garage to take a look under the car and pointed out what needed fixing. I have never had a mechanic that transparent who is willing to invite me to see the car issues.
He explained the issues to me in simple terms since I don't know top much about cars. He explained what would need fixing now vs what might need to be fixed later on.
Pricing was cheap too. Most mechanics have PPis going for $100+ these days and his was about $60.
I don't live in the Apple Valley area but if I did I would go here all the time! Highly recommend :)

Hey everyone this is the guy who works at Toyota. For everyone that read the last review where the owner said I was lying. Here is my bank account statement for the Diagnostic fee Mr scammy over here charged me for false problems. You just said that I’m lying because you didn’t charge me the fee? Here it is right here! The proof you are the only one lying. Can’t take being called out for trying to charge someone $2,000 for basically pads and rotors so you resort to calling them a liar? Pathetic. I hope people see this and it slows business. People need to know who they are dealing with when they go to your “shop” they are at a criminal headquarters where money is being scammed out of the customers for problems that aren’t real!! Beware people. This guy is a scammer and then lies when being caught! Go elsewhere.

Made an appointment because of all the good reviews but it was a mistake and waste of time and money. They tried charging me $2,000 to replace brake pads, front struts, and rear shocks. I know the cost of all the parts. A complete set of struts on a 2010 civic is around $150 per side so $300. And shocks are probably 50-100 so let's say $200 total for shocks on both sides to be generous. So that's $500 in parts for struts and shocks and that's customer pricing for parts. You guys definitely get a discount. But we will say $500 to be generous. So that means you were charging $1500 between labor and brake pads? Pads are non expensive and all of the work would have been 2 hours or less. Most likely done in 1 hour since you have multiple mechanics there. That's like $1400 an hour in labor. Almost got me guys bravo! Just ordered all the parts for 500 bucks and getting them installed for 80 bucks an hour so about 600-680 which is less than half of your "estimate" Also the car didn't even need brakes yet according to a different mechanic at the honda dealer so there's that ;) kinda embarrassing you guys got all these good reviews but the moment you think you can pull one over on someone you think doesn't know what they are doing you try to. And when I said that was way too much and called you out for overcharging you said that quote was $700 for a full brake job including rotors but that was a lie to save face because you only Said pads, struts, and shocks originally. And regardless a full brake job including both pads and rotors should be no more than $500. Pretty sad you guys live up to the stereotype of small time mechanic shops. Left a really disgusting taste in my mouth that you not only tried to charge me an unnecessary extra 1400 in labor but also that you lied to me about how much parts cost when you can find pricing for OEM parts online and buy them. Thanks for insulting my intelligence. Won't be back and will be telling everyone I know in there area to steer clear of here!
