I have worked in the kitchen here since April 2020 until recently, when my employment was terminated with no warning. They failed to notify me of my termination as well, I had to find out when I reached out to my boss. This was a surprise to me, as I am now a college student and have seasonal availability. I have devoted countless hours to preparing meals for the residents at ecumen and in the process, built positive relationships with other kitchen staff. I feel as if this organizations business ethics should be brought into question due to their disposability of experienced staff and their way of doing it.

Severe under-staffing in memory care. And when they have staff, most female nurses on weekends sit on their phones. The male staff all work hard, and do a good job. I feel bad for my ailing family member who is in this unit and not getting tge attention they need, and I feel bad for the male staff who work extra hard.
