Nice car esthetically, but drove like a beater due to a tire vibrating and out of alignment. It was a Palisade so it was a soccer mom tank and had good acceleration....just problems mentioned above. People were very nice in office. Easy to rent.

My brand new vehicle was hit by another driver and was heading into the shop for 5 weeks of repairs. The person checking me in showed zero empathy for the situation and was telling me how excited I should be about the vehicle they chose for me. It was rather irritating. They sent me a text message asking me to let them know if I need anything. I sent two texts asking to be switched out for another vehicle and received no reply. At the end of the rental, I asked to drop the vehicle off at another metro location 12 miles away. They said this would be a one way rental and made up an arbitrary $200 charge for dropping it at another location. I have worked for this company in the past and we allowed customers to drop at nearby rental offices. They have discretion on these charges. The rental cost was over $2200 and somehow they thought it was appropriate. This from the same company that used to pick you up and drop you off. Unfortunately renting from Enterprise may be unavoidable, but I would if I could. I certainly wouldn’t recommend renting from the Apple Valley office.

Apple valley was great! Online reservations are a joke!! I made reservations for owatonna and Burnsville both sent me confirmations. Owatonna called me 20 min later and said they had no cars. Burnsville never contacted me so i got a ride there. They said oh we don’t have any cars. I live 35 minutes away. Good thing my ride waited for me. I told them my ride left and they said oh I’m sorry. What the hell!! How did they expect me to get home. They didn’t care!!!

Good service but there was confusion as to where I would get the car. It turned out I needed to drive to get the rented vehicle. Would be helpful in the future to provide pick ups from anywhere within 30 miles?

My car broke down on Saturday morning & I had it towed to my mechanic, in Apple Valley. I intentionally chose your car rental because of vicinity and I got through to your location @ 10am while waiting for my tow truck to arrive. I was impressed by you giving me a confirmation code and additional confirmation that there was a rental vehicle available and you could pick me up at 1130 at the empty parking. I was even told that if I arrived earlier to call and arrangements could be made to come get me at that time. Imagine my extreme distress when I called multiple times between 11-noon on a hot summer day and NO ONE answered the phone. Additionally I looked at your website and discovered that you closed on Saturday at noon. The number went from hold to a FAX line each time I called...I Even called customer service @ 1145 using the number prompt to arrange personal rental and explained my panicked need to get through to someone as noon quickly approached. I was put on hold and CS did get through to the Apple Valley store. CS directed me to call again with reassurance that the phone lines were less busy and there were people available now to answer. 1155 led to the same hold and FAX.. NEVER did I get through to them and I was forced to call a friend to take me to the Minneapolis airport to obtain a rental from your competitors. I did not get my car until 4:30PM with the entire day wasted due to your incompetence and inability to answer the phone!

I reserved a car for pickup at 9am only for them to call me at 8am saying the car isn’t Available. Sam called and said I should try to call around to see if I can find a replacement. That’s not supposed to be my job. Well I asked politely if he could do the search as I need to get ready for my trip. It’s been two hours and I haven’t received a call from them. I had to do a last min booking with a different place and my whole trip was delayed. Bad customer service

The workers are kind of rude. I had a full voicemail box and the girl would not let it go, and she would not shut up about it. Like I’m sorry me as the customer ruined your day for not clearing out my voicemail. It’s not worth renting here just go up to the airport where it’s hassle free.

My family took a 1600 mile weekend road trip using an Enterprise rental van. The Pacifica was clean and worked flawlessly. Check in and check out was very quick and simple. I recommend using the Enterprise location in Apple Valley Minnesota.

Always friendly and helpful. Process is quick and easy, and very knowledgeable when it came to any questions I had. This is my second time renting from the Apple Valley location, and I definitely recommend renting from them.

Jacob was phenomenal with his customer service skills. Very kind and friendly and explained all the details pertinent to my rental with them. I highly recommend Enterprise made my experience seamless and easy! Highly recommend working with Jacob!
