Forget the USPS and their dysfunction, FEDEX is my go-to. It's close to home and gets your stuff to destination on time. Doesn't lose packages either.

Best Fedex I have ever used! Friendly and helpful customer service. Often meet me at the scanner by the door to take my ebay shipped package. Gave me good tip on finding certain boxes since they didn't have the right size. Very well managed as several employees are very positive and engaged. Way better than USPS or Eagan Fedex.

The customer service is so bad and racist. I just got here to fax something and the guy named Don was so rude to me for doing nothing wrong. Only ask him to help me fax something and when a white guy came, he helped him. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Stopped in today to use the computer for some printing. Bryan approached me and let me know I could save myself some time and money using the printandgo kiosk. He walked me through everything and made it all so simple!

Never had an issue with the employees. Always been courteous and on point. Sometimes, it takes awhile to get help because everyone needs help.
They aren’t robots.
Maybe, if you don’t act like Jabba the Hutt, they don’t have be a Count Dooku. It would be interesting to see how long most people would last working here.
When a non- geek, muggle, layman is (lost in cyberspace) the Code monkeys and software engineers always get condescending like (Data) talking to (Romulans). A face off in the FedEx Office Print & Ship between 2 know it all geeks is always entertaining to us stiffs at the copying machine.
Anyway, this is the place where where you get to see a Big Bang Theory guy take down a Wizard of Pinterest like a game show slurring techy nerd jargon at each other.

Although I had taken photos in this store before, when I came today I was told that photos were not taken here. Then when I asked another staff member, she said that photos were taken and took my photo. I did not understand why the assistant manager behaved this way, but I did not like it at all.

Emailed the store for a print job, and when I went to check if it was ready I was charged $35 for an expedited order. The manager said that I asked for same day in the e-mail, which I did not. He then told me that I could come back tomorrow at 8am to pick it up and not be charged the extra $35. I have had many orders with them in the past and got same day pickup and have never been charged for it. I will never be coming here again.

Printed a big black splotch on my flyer and then wouldn't connect me to a representative when I tried to call the location.

Less than 10 min to get our passport pictures taken and printed out. Tell that to CVS and Walgreens!

I came in to drop a QR code scan return. My mistake, it was in a liquid marked box. I covered the liquid box marking with tape and cardboard, totally gone. They still wouldn’t take it because they know that it had the mark at one time and can’t say if it co tails a liquid or no. They said the same would happen at another FedEx location. When I asked how…..crickets and geez, when I went to another location, no problems. Avoid.

I was trying to print and laminate a souvenir concert ticket for my daughter. I got it printed easy enough but was having trouble with the self laminating. The gentleman that helped me was very kind. He asked if I needed help. Laminated it for me, trimmed it, and then asked if it was for a child and let me know he would round the corners. Very thankful!
