I’ve been here multiple times while the store was supposed to be open, just to find that it was closed. One time, I arrived an hour after open to find the store was actually closed. I then saw an employee walk into the store and lock the door behind them. A post it note was posted on the door saying “open at 12:30” when the store was supposed to open at 10. Multiple other people also tried to get into the store. Frustrating experience every time. My most recent visit however, the store was open when it was suppose to be, the worker inside was super helpful, and they had the exact drink I was looking for (divine peach gfuel)!

Drove a ways because this was the closest GNC to me. Sign says they're supposed to have opened a half hour before I arrived, but they are still closed. I did call customer support, who also found it strange as the store should have been open. With no sign to let customers know what's going on, I can only hope that everybody is okay at the very least. It's unfortunate that they don't have something in place to keep things like this from happening, as I read in the comments before this one, I see this is not the first time this has happened. I have watched over 10 people walk up and try to enter the store only to be as disappointed as I am. Would love to say I'll be back, but I'll just make sure to check another location and read the reviews before I attempt to go there. Wouldn't waste your time

Went in for Creatine. A man with a ton of tattoos helped me. Go to the checkout with the same man, he starts to ring me up and asks "Do you want to round up for veterans?" I politely said no thank you. He then stops the checkout process, looks at coworker and says "I'm going to Wendy's" and walks off. His coworker had to step in to finish the checkout process. Anyone who does that should be terminated immediately. Would not recommend this location for that and also because they never have the same products in stock when I go back for more.

Horrible customer service Lisa was the one who helped me and it she wasn't cooperating with me. I read the company policy and she was telling me the opposite of what the company policy was.I try to return an items I bought less than 24 hours and she was being difficult

Tray and Josh have both gone above and beyond every time I stop by the store. Being that I travel for work I have access to 8 different gnc locations to choose from and this is the only I ever shop at anymore! Super friendly, very helpful, and excellent customer service

It is surprising this location is still open. It is the worst GNC I have ever visited. The employees said they have had management problems but I don’t think that is their biggest issue. The flippant attitude of their staff seems to be another problem this store needs to rectify.
