I have a power washer purchased at the Apple Valley location . I thought I was buying a good product however It was used less than two hours and never ran correctly. I had purchased a extended warranty just in case. I was instructed to bring it to Don's small engine in Coon Rapids Mn. They over hauled the fuel and air at the price of $278.55 and Ryobi, Honda and Home Depot all Denied the Warranty. The unite cost 379.00 The Warranty cost 55.00. I should not have to pay total 712.55 for a 379.00 unite. I have contacted all involved and have not ruled out small claims court. It is a shame I have to resort to shaming all party's.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service in regards to removing an old appliance after purchasing a new one. We had a new stove delivered and were unable to release the old one because an insurance adjuster had to inspect it. We were assured there would be no problem having the old one removed. Two weeks later we called and set up a pickup date and time, within a four hour window. The movers did not call the night before as we were told so we called and after some fumbling around we were assured they would come and call before arrival. Sensing a problem I called this morning to reconfirm. Again, after fumbling around we were assured the stove would be picked up today between 8-12. At noon, no one has called and the stove has not been picked up. I'm now on hold going on 30 minutes while they try to figure out what is going on. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON. Never never again will I buy an appliance from Home Depot. I've always had good luck with my purchases at Home Depot including carpet installation and tool and supply purchases. Whoever is in charge of their appliance delivery and removal should be fired. Their system is irreparably broken. Still on hold 35 minutes.... Well, after an hour and a half the issue was kicked upstairs and the best they can do is to pick it up two weeks from now. Be forewarned. Do not expect delivery or removal service to go smoothly.

I can usually find what I need, but you guys need to do something about the dogs. I’ve had them jump on me more than once and I’m almost at the point where I can’t shop here anymore. How on earth is this permitted?

We bought carpet and pad from them for our lower level of our home. It was installed on February 12th of this year. I notified them in early March that when I walk on it, it makes a crunchy kind of sound. I've spoken to a couple of supervisors over time and they say they will get back to me. Doesn't happen. I have to be the one to contact them, after having given them plenty of time. They finally sent someone out to check the carpet. I never heard back from them, so again, I

I purchased a washing machine and dryer on June 8th and spent over $1400. The purchasing experience itself was great but unfortunately it was all downhill from there. The delivery date was originally scheduled for June 19th and I was told I would get a phone call the day before with a 4 hour time window for delivery and installation. I did not receive a call until June 19th and that was to inform me that the delivery driver had called in sick and that all the other delivery drivers had left for the day. The next soonest someone could come out was the following Wednesday June 23rd. When I asked what time they would come I was told they would call the day before. I explained I never received a call on the 18th for the supposed 19th delivery. The man insisted I had received a call with a voicemail. I did not. Fast forward to June 22nd I received a call from the phone number but was at work so I could not answer. They did not leave a voicemail. I called back and they said someone would be out between 10:15 and 10:30. That required me to rearrange some things on my schedule but that was fine. The day of the 23rd, 11:30 comes and no one has shown up. I call the number again and they tell me someone will be out by 2:00. They could not tell me why I was given a different time the day prior. Around 1:30 2 guys show up, one reeking of marijuana. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt however my house smelled like weed for a couple hours once they left. Installation seems to go fine and then one of the guys starts the washing machine for me and everything seems good to go. About 10 minutes after they leave the washer dings and I see there’s an error code on the screen. I try to troubleshoot but cannot. I wait until my significant other comes home and she cannot figure out what it is either. I call the same phone number and they state that someone will have to call me the next day because no one is available. I then call the phone number Home Depot gave me in the paperwork to call if there are any issues. It’s a Home Depot number. I call and there is an obvious language barrier between him and I. He asks me if I want an engineer to come out or if I want a replacement. I state I don’t know since I don’t know if it was an installation issue or a product issue. He gets frustrated with me that I don’t know, so I say someone can come out and look at it first. He tells me the soonest someone can come out is July 1st. I say that can’t be acceptable because it will have been almost a month since I paid over $1400. He just kept saying sorry. I asked if a replacement could get here sooner and he said no. I asked to speak with someone else and he said there was no one else. I asked for a supervisor and he said there are none. Finally he told me a supervisor would call me the next day but he didn’t know their name. The rep I spoke to was Olu. After speaking with him we got a neighbor to come over and take a look at it. He figured out that no only was the water not turned off after installation it was also hooked up incorrectly. I never got a follow up call from the delivery place or from the Home Depot supervisor.

Just a little irritated this afternoon...I understand that life happens and it's sometimes where you can't control what happens, but when you work with a business/service (carpet measurement/installation) and tell the customer (me) that you are coming at a certain time I would truly hope that you would keep to that...

Curbside closes at 6pm. They don't say on the website or anywhere else. Just on an email. Which is didn't receive. When I went in at 8, he immediately got an attitude. Saying the person who ordered it HAS to be the one to do it. Sir, I am coming in because my father can't. That's why we did curbside in the first place. We had no idea it closed at 6pm. Neither did the 3 other people ahead of us who left pissed off too. Also when we texted the number it just said unavailable. It never said why it was unavailable. So how would anyone know curbside pickup closes at a specific time when even the text alert doesn't say why. Poor website. All around terrible customer service. So come to this place if you want people giving you attitude and being very rude to you. This is covid-19 time. Nothing is going to be the way it was for awhile. So maybe thing before speaking. And realize some people get curbside for a reason. And maybe, just maybe tell people it closes at 6pm. It should be on the signs outside. On the door going in. It shouldn't be in an email buried deep where no one can see it. We drove 35 minutes for this. I will warn others not to come here. And Im writing this review to save others from this stress and bs we have encountered. I don't write mean reviews at all. I never have. I write nothing but nice reviews. I'm not a "Karen" but this was beyond ridiculous. And very unnecessary. All could've been avoided too

I would recommend not shopping at this location. I have had bad experiences with out of stock items and poor customer service. I know I will no longer waste my time even entering the place.

Call me Karen, but I had the worst experience here. I was picking up a fire pit for my mother and I had her ID. I also had mine. When I showed a worker at customer service my ID, my Mothers, and gave her phone number to him he still wouldn't give me my order saying my ID was invalid. He used a very condescending voice the while time as well. Sad! The lady at the paint desk was very polite and helpful, however, so I'll settle on three stars.
