I called in to put a laptop on hold until I could get there, and through unfortunate circumstances someone online ordered it and picked it up before they realized i had reserved it, fortunately Chris was there to spring into action and rectify the issue, insuring that I left happy with a different laptop of similar specs. Absolutely worst customer service. The self service printer was not working correctly, when asking for assistance, the associate was rude. Website did not work correctly when trying to place a print order associate said they couldn’t make the website work, and if I sent an email to get my print order done it wouldn’t be done quickly. Couldn’t give me a quoted time and I asked what my options were. They stated that they already gave me my options. We’re just very unhelpful and didn’t seem to really care to have my business.

This place used to be decent pricing, now the mark ups are ridiculous. Back of pilot gel pens #10 were very overpriced. I went on Amazon and paid half what Office Depots price was, Folders and paper prices were also outrageous at Office Depot. I am not surprised stores like this are going out of business. My advice to folks, do your shopping online, the prices at Office Depot are almost offensive. Honestly, I am not sure how they can even afford to pay their workers. What a joke.

I had to make 4 copies of 2 - 12x12 pieces of paper. That is a total of 8 pieces of paper. They said it would take AN ENTIRE DAY to have my order ready. I’m utterly disappointed. So here I am having to come all the way back to the store for my 8 pieces of paper. So ridiculous.

I received prompt, personalized service for a difficult print job that required a quick turnaround. The person who helped me was knowledgeable and innovative, and suggested the best way for me to achieve the result I needed in a short amount of time. I picked up my brochures just two hours later, perfectly done. Good job, Office Depot!!!
