I had the best experience at Pearle Vision Apple Valley. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, they answered all of my questions and made sure I was well informed. (New to glasses.) I also never once felt pressured to purchase my glasses from them. They offered to measure my pupillary distance and gave me everything I needed to order from elsewhere online! 100% recommend this place.

The front desk greeted us with a smile. Rose in optical was very nice and helpful. Our son needed glasses for the 1st time and the process was very easy and fast.

For the past 5 to 7 years I have been a regular customer at the Apple Valley Pearle Vision. From day one the awesome and amazing store manager Lihn and her incredible staff. Have always been extremely helpful patient professional kind and generous with their time and attention. Regardless if it's been an eye exam contact lens or glasses I needed to or even an adjustment on an older pair of glasses. Lihn and her team always taking the best care of me. So much so that I have recommended them to family and friends colleagues and co-workers. I highly recommend that anyone who is in need of services with a smile and great attitude as well as professionalism the old school way. Stop in or give Lihn and her her staff who are more like family a call or a visit. You will be happy you did.

My glasses started to lose their shape after a few months. Brought them in and they determined the frame was defective. They have a new pair coming for me to replace at no charge. Great customer service!

I was trying out two different prescriptions of contacts. When as in Philadelphia for vacation time I accidentally left one of the sample boxes in Philadelphia. When I got back I asked if I get another sample box and I was told they were completely out of them and they didn't know when they'd get more in. This didn't seem right to me as they're an eyeglass place sounds like they were lying to me. I decided to go ahead and order glasses and contacts from this place spending about $1,000 for everything. The contacts were supposed to be in in about a week, but if you're calling them they said they were delayed and wouldn't get them for another 45 days. I called and said well I can I get a sample box of the right one since I'm out they would like to wear them this weekend and I won't have time to pick up the new boxes. The manager told me they do not do that you only get one box and one box only. I said well I only want the right pair since the other ones are delay getting in. And the boxes are free from The vendor. And they said well too bad we don't care you get one pair is our policy to only give you one sample box. I did whine about a little bit and say well that's a bad policy I won't be shopping here again and they didn't seem to care. So buyer beware.

A year ago, I got new glasses. After wearing them for a few weeks, I stopped in with questions because everything looked blurry when I turned to the right. I had gotten another pair from an online vendor, using the prescription from pearle vision and was not having issues. I was blown off by the gentleman who helped me, telling me my eyes were still adjusting and everything was fine. Whatever, I was mad and I pretty much wore the glasses from the online place and my old glasses for most of the year. One month ago, I went in, told the optician my story, had my eyes examined, and placed an order in my new prescription for lenses to replace the bad ones in the frames. I was told the lenses would take two weeks. At three weeks I called and was told, "Sometimes these stronger prescriptions can take longer to process. Hopefully we'll have them some time this week."
I had my eye exam and ordered lenses on June 1st. Tomorrow is July 1st, and I still have not gotten a call.
I tried to give this company a second chance. I will never order glasses or lenses from them again.

All the staff at Pearle Vision in Apple Valley were great. I have used them for years and have had a very positive experience using either VSP or EYE Med insurance. I was able to let them know about my medical and vision insurance in advance so I didn’t have to deal with that at my visit. Nice selection of glasses frames..bought fun light green ones.

Really kind and diligent, very pleased with Mrs. Rosa's attention, I think that's her name (she speaks Spanish), she helped my mother and me a lot with a very good attitude and in a friendly manner, as did the doctor, super happy with the attention.
