Set up an appointment for 5:00 p.m. over the phone and arrived at 4: 50 p.m. was told by the same person there that I talked to on the phone that they are already closed. When asked why he set the appointment up for 5:00 was told not to argue and set up another appointment. No thanks.

I lost all hope for my car. It wouldn’t start and I had it towed to multiple mechanics and none of them could fix the problem . It was getting pricey to even pursue getting my car fixed but then I decided to try one last shot at precisions auto. A gentleman named Mark helped me and assured me that he will do his best to find the issue and fix the issue. 3 days later Mark called me saying that he was able to start to the car. Mark has done the impossible. My car was a goner until Mark and his guys came to the rescue all at an affordable price. I had a extremely complicated issue with my car and if these guys were able to fix the this, I truly believe they can fix anything. Thanks again Precision Auto and Mark for your diligence!

Mark was very easy to talk with and he made me feel I could trust him with the work needing to be done on my brothers 2010 Honda Element. My brother was very happy when the work was completed.

I am glad to know that that technicians are experienced and trained. My vehicle needed the whole dash removed. They had good communication and fixed the issue.

Came in clutch when I was running errands and my low oil notification came on. They were able to get me in right away and were done in 30 minutes with a smile! Water and coffee available and good music in the lobby. Will go there again.
