“We were digging two 40 foot downspouts through big rocks and medium sized tree roots. First we rented from Home Depot. The workers renting us the equipment were young, maybe high school kids that were happy to help but didn't know how the machines ran. They also didn't have a way to get us the machine we wanted because we didn't bring our own ramp to get the machine into the bed of the truck. So we ended up downsizing and struggled with what we could rent.

The second time we rented from crowne and the workers were experienced and fluid. They had a hitch attachment for us to rent and they put the trencher right on the back of our truck for us. They even showed us how it worked and ran it so that we didn't need to guess on our own. Using the right machine made the second downspout sooooo much easier and I can't recommend crown enough.
