I was originally told it would take a day or two to fix my BOA cables on my boots, but they actually got them all fixed up in less than an hour. A day or two would have been fine, but same day service was awesome.

I've been getting safety shoes and running shoes (I don't really run) here for years. I have a set of shoes from here that I haven't polished or cleaned for years trying to get them to the point where I needed new ones. I'm getting news ones today because we now require a new safety standard that incorporates an electrical safety standard. I have purchased 2 belts there as well.

Bad experience and communication at this location with the female worker. Husband ordered shoes on a Saturday paid for them. Told him he would get them by Monday. They did not communicate with my husband, so i called them to find out they don't have a date for pickup. They could not tell me when they would be in and could not check with other store and advise me not to call other store myself. I did call corporate, and they helped a little but never followed up with emails I sent back to them. In the end, it was 12 days and no communication other than me calling to figure out what was going on.

Ive been coming to this location for a couple years now, and they never disappoint! The employees are always friendly and enthusiastic to work with!
I work in an industrial environment as a maintenance tech, so I go through a pair of boots pretty quick. I have yet to find a company that has better selection of boots for the blue collar man.
Big shout out to Red Wing shoes, and specifically, the Apple Valley location!

They transformed my experience from being an Ariat square toe work boot devotee to embracing the unparalleled comfort and quality of Red Wing boots. I truly appreciate how my feet have been uplifted to cloud-like comfort for my daily journeys at work!
To the employee that acknowledged me as I entered, quality and efficient customer service! An art that is lost, I’m here to tell you, you’re gonna do something great one day!
Everyone there was a delight, you never know the light you can be to someone, when times could be a little dark for them. Thanks for the reminder that there’s always light at the end of that tunnel!

Being born and raised in Minnesota I’ve heard plenty of talk about how great redwings are. Unfortunately I was disappointed with my first experience. I got a pair of redwing steel toe cowboy style boots. The leather on the toe was completely gone and the sole was cracking within a month. I asked for a warranty or something because they were a 300 dollar pair of boots. They said no and it’s “normal wear and tear” my cheaper pair of Ariat boots that were the exact same style that I used and abused the same way at the same job lasted over 2 years with no problems. I’ll never buy Redwings again. Only positive, they were comfortable.
