People are nice to work with but the quality of their work is not good. Had my CR-V windshield replaced twice because of the wind noise, The first time they replaced it inside the car is quiet but when we drive on certain speed you can hear the wind noise from top passenger side windshield. When they replaced the windshield to fix that now it just got worst, You can hear the road noise and the soundproof of my car is gone. Tried to talk to them about it but apparently they cant do anything about it anymore, Now me and my wife have to drive our car with all the road noise that you can hear. So if you have 2023-2026 CRV i wouldn’t recommend going to this place.

Driver side wiper arm bolt was not tightened after windshield replacement, and the rain downpour afterwards left me in a dangerous position because of the incomplete service and inability to see out the windshield on the highway with the wiper blade not able to go up and down to wipe water away.

Nice folks at the store but TOO MANY emails and text messages from corporate. A reminder to two is welcome. The quantity they send is annoying.

Safelite in Apple Valley was professional from beginning to end. They serviced my BMW 7- series and Toyota Avalon. Simon, the technician, and Austin were both extremely professional and made sure I understood every detail and materials at the highest quality.
I was extremely happy with the service! And the windshields look amazing on both cars.

It doesn’t get better than this! The gentleman called ahead to let me know he was on his way, came right to my house to fix my windshield, and had the whole job done in under an hour. He even adjusted my windshield wipers after noticing something was off—completely above and beyond what he came to do. Oh and they transferred my state park sticker to the new windshield :) I truly felt like part of the family. I hope Safelite knows how incredible their team is!

The Team at the Apple Valley Safelite were extremely helpful in a difficult situation with an older vehicle (1996). Great communication cleaned up the vehicle after the service, installation looks perfect! I have used the Apple Valley Safelite before and will use them again!
