One human cashier as 3 other Sam's club employees wander around trying to make you use the scan and go app.
I will go to Costco next time.... They have five or six human cashiers with other people helping you unload your cart. Much better service

Only one registere open. I was 2nd inline after 20 minutes I went to other register...which said no you need to not take stuff out and come...that wasn't the way at the reg next...what a ship show. I said out loud never again...going only to Costco!!!!

This place has massive store failures. Which might be tolerable if the store management actually EVER did anything about any of it. If they EVER got back to you - they literally don't change any of their numerous eff-ups. Don't ever get back to you. The most non-performing, non-functional conglomerates of management misfits on Planet Earth.

What company doesn't allow Google tap to pay in 2025. Also the staff here are incredibly rude and refuse to answer your questions when you need customer service. I'm not sure what's going on in Sams club but this is unbelievable.

Horrible service. I put in a grocery delivery order. I had to wait over a day for the delivery. It came, and my driver neglected to drop off 9 of my grocery items. He got a large tip before he ever delivered anything (because that’s how the app works). What’s horrible is, there is no way to contact the driver to notify them that they are missing a huge part of the order. It’s totally inconvenient. I tried calling Sam’s in Apple Valley. The phone endlessly range, nobody picked up after 10 minutes of ringing. I tried this 5 times, all the same result. The only other option is to contact their 1-800 number, which gives you someone in another country, who can’t do anything about your order except provide a refund. They have zero way to contact the store or the driver, so it’s completely useless and extremely frustrating, when you just want and need your groceries. And none of these items were out of stock. There is no way to contact the store except by phone or in person, which totally negates the point of having something delivered. I’m so frustrated. What a waste of time.

We visited this location to get some needed shots. The process didn't take very long. We also picked up a few more items as long as we were there. Quick & efficient.

This Sam's is always clean and organized and I always get great deals on plants like my very large Christmas poinsettia for $17.99!! !! Also one of the only places I can find watermelon in the winter!!
Only with stapled alcohol and gas at this location!
