Prices are insane here compared to any other thrift store. No dressing rooms. I went the other day and found a sweater originally from old navy, the savers tag said it was $7.79 (guessing on the cents) while it had the original tag from old navy saying it was on clearance for $6.49. I went up to a younger girl employee near the registers and she seemed surprised by it too, it only makes sense you would pay less. A manager (?) with short hair and glasses, middle aged woman, walks by and the young girl shows her and the manager says to me "so what?" And I say well it's a used item, she then proceeds to tell me "well we sell stuff for more than the clearance price all the time" and then rips the old navy clearance tag off. I then proceeded to watch her rudely argue with an older gentleman who was checking out over a coupon. Overall very rude, now sure why someone would put her in charge

I donate clothes and household item here often. Today, I went to drop off a large bag of clothes and this employee with pink curly hair, after taking my bag, yelled at me saying that if I only have one bag to just use the drop off box. I have back issues and need to help unloading heavy items. I certainly don’t go donate things to receive this type of treatment. Never again.

Good place, good selection. Prices of things seem to be nearly what I'd spend on new clothes at Walmart... Really disappointed that they do not have fitting rooms. I would have spent way more money here if they did.

This used to be my favorite thrift store. Now I hate it here. Whoever is pricing the clothing should be fired. I refuse to pay full price for used clothes. They have a target crop top here for $8. I can go to target right now and get the same exact one new for $5. I've seen many articles of clothing here priced like this. Also, there are no fitting rooms and their return policy is terrible. Furthermore, you have to check out yourself at the register. So they upped their prices fired employees and you have to be the cashier now. You are not getting paid to ring up your things. They used to pay people to do that. There should be a discount at self check out for checking yourself out. Oh, and don't forget your bags because you have to pay for theirs. Savers has become money hungry. I used to spend $200 here weekly. Now I don't wanna spend any money here. I do not recommend.

I went to Saver's on Monday for their 25% off clothes deal. I also had a coupon via email of 30% if you spent over $70 with a max of $21.99 off. I rang up all the clothes with 25% off and also got a bunch of vases I needed for an Easter gathering, the 30% was going to be applied to the vases which it did. The total came out to be more with the 30%!!! I was told I could not have the 30% off & 25% off clothes at the same time. Ugh, I was told after I ran my card - I should've just did two transactions, but the manager was like no that's too bad - you need to use one or the other. I spent more than I was planning my total went from $194 to $214 while I expected to pay $175 -- ugh annoying

I didnt venture into the bathroom…but for the most part, I don’t know why this store has such bad reviews. I almost didn’t stop in because of it but I’m glad I did. Do I agree that it’s over priced for second hand? Absolutely. But the store was well organized, had a lot of variety and nice things, clothes and housewares, and I got a few pairs of Levi Strauss jeans for $12. Only thing I couldn’t find was womens t-shirts and tanks but may be because of store size and winter time. Will go back again, they have a wedding dress I have my eye on….

First time shopping here as I live in another state. Before checking out with a bunch of clothes, I asked the cashier if they allow returns as they do not have fitting rooms. They said yes, so I came back the next day to make returns and was told it was exchange only. And store credit was not an option. I'm now out $36.99 because I don't live here and can't come back. I thought I did my due diligence, but it wasn't enough.Posting this so others can be aware. The prices are high and there are no fitting rooms and no returns. I understand having no returns on some items, but if you sell clothing and have no fitting rooms, this is ridiculous. I would like to think that at least this loss goes to charity but after a quick Google search, Savers is a privately held, for profit thrift store that donates less than 20% of it's revenue to charities.

I normally never write reviews but Savers has gone down hill drastically over the past year. The price gouging is insane. I saw so many ripped, stained, dirty, damaged items for $10-20. Things that used to cost $5-6 now cost $10-25+. Management used to be nice and offer a discount on damaged items now they say there’s “nothing we can do.” Expecting people to pay so much for items that are trashed or will cost more money to fix is ridiculous.I saw broken, busted up furniture for $30-50. Goodwill sells nice furniture for $10-20. What’s the deal?I found a faux fur coat with an absolute TRASHED lining and they were still charging $18. They wouldn’t budge on the price. I bought it anyway to fix only because I had a coupon otherwise there was no way..Scummy and greedy.

Please don't consider working here, I worked for them for a day through a temp agency called Instawork. I was doing my job putting clothes away there where two people standing right where I need to put clothes at I said excuse me and only one person heard me and moved the other person must've of not heard me and didn't move I moved close by them to put the piece of clothing away I said I was sorry even though I didn't have to because I didn't even get in their way or budge but the person took it offensively and started getting upset with me stating that I didn't say "excuse me" mind you I had said it before I even walked up next to them the customer started getting more upset and raised his voice at me i was doing my best to defend myself and at that point people are looking at us, there was people that witnessed everything and they even heard me say "excuse me" and "I'm sorry" and they were trying to tell the customer that but that customer kept saying he didn't care my friend was working with me at the time too and intervened and was telling the customer not to talk to me like that and the customer started saying how he was going to beat my friends a**. At the end of the day we were trying to defend ourselves and the manager basically fired us and let us go even though we weren't at fault so please don't work here save your time and go somewhere else the manager does not care about the employees only reason she did that is because "customer service is more important", and to the customer that gave us a hard time I hope you're happy with the fact that you cost two people their jobs.

Watched an employee( older guy) BERATE & talk down to a customer in an asile, and then turned right around & gave me a VERY mean & rude look for SIMPLY just shopping!! If you HATE it there that much then DON'T work there, but DON'T turn around & give another customer that kind of look for ABSOLUTELY no reason!! I should've put back everything!VERY UNFRIENDLY when you try to ask ANY questions,VERY UNFRIENDLY & RUDE all the time up front, glad I get to check myself out now because I don't need the help from people who act SOOO UNFRIENDLY & RUDE towards me every time I go,SAY ABSOLUTELY nothing to me,especially SOMEONE WHO'S SPENT 121.00 on Vera Bradley items all in a single transaction!!!,& bought all they had at the time!!! I don't know if i will continue to shop at a place where they OBVIOUSLY DON'T appreciate their customers or the sales they get!

If you’re thinking about working here don’t. Customer gave me a hard time, there where witnesses that watched the customer be rude to me first and I was simply defending myself and they let me go even though I wasn’t at fault, they don’t care about their employees at all.

workers here are so shitty. they do absolutely nothing to help you when you need it. also, i watched as they racially profiled a customer who came in. a woman working watched the man as he came in and she pointed him out to a co-worker and told them to "follow him and keep an eye on him" the other worker watched him the rest of the time i was in the store. the workers at the front are literally useless when you need help, i had a coupon that didn't work and the lady that helped me (same one who racially profiled that man) and then just stared at the screen and said "follow the prompts" she didn't do s*** to help me and was just useless to help at all. honestly, the younger workers here are a lot nicer and more helpful but the older ladies like that racist one i spoke of before should be fired because they suck so bad at their jobs.
