I got the new guy, Jorge, he did everything he could to help and he asked questions of his co-workers when he didn't know the answers. Everyone is so helpful at the store in Apple Valley!!

I went in and got some friendly help from a young guy who described himself as a new employee, and then he pointed me towards another employee whom he said knows a lot. This other guy, bearded/mustachioed guy, was just immediately rude and disrespectful. It was unbelievable - he overheard the nice comments about him and they must have instantly inflated his ego because he acted like a complete know-it-all jerk. Even at one point I was looking at some other paint colors that he hadn't shown me and he had the nerve to say "what, you're looking at greens now?" in a rude way. Like it's any of his business what interests me and what doesn't. I had to tell him "what, you got a problem with that?" but I would rather have just smoked him right in the face for his disrespectful, smart-alec attitude. I'm sure everyone there already knows what a jerk he is to work with, but an unsuspecting customer might like to know this before-hand. Luckily there are myriad other paint stores in town that aren't staffed with such a dip.

I had new windows put into my house and decided to stain the new frames myself. Huge shoutout to Cassie (I believe?) for helping me get everything I needed, answering my many questions, and mixing a stain that matched the sample I gave her from the old window frames perfectly!

I have been going to the apple valley store for many years and everyone I have had help me has been friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Bill! I had a problem today with a previous paint color that he handled for me. Thanks Bill!

Kelly at the Apple Valley store went above and beyond in helping us get primer and paint for our kitchen cabinets. Due to the shortage, it’s been difficult to get the exact primer and paint we wanted. She listened and made a suggestion for alternatives on both. She then snagged two cans of primer from her store for us. She also called the Lakeville SW and had them set aside two gallons of paint. She was wonderfully helpful and I’m very grateful to her for the excellent customer service. Thank you!
