Highly recommend Superlock Storage in Apple Valley, MN. The facility is clean and well kept. Ken in the office is wonderful! Helpful and friendly. Am renting short term, but will definitely use them again when the need arises. Thanks for the great customer service and and knowing our items are in a clean and safe place.

This is hands down the single best customer service experiences I have ever had. I started by making a reservation online, and a few hours later Ken tried to get a hold of me to set expectations for setting up the unit, (He left me a voicemail). I called back and we talked about what is expected and what we can't store in the unit (Really just things that would get everybody involved in trouble). I then went to the unit, and Ken is outside with Rocket and Jack, the two on site cats. We had a really good conversation about how he got into his business, what he does to maintain it , and the pride that he has for his business. I was absolutely floored at how awesome Ken and Bridgett are. Yes, it is just for storing your stuff, but its the principle. You don't see a lot of people taking pride in what they do on a daily basis anymore. The grounds and units are in great shape also, and after seeing Ken walking around and picking up weeds, trash and fixing things up while I was moving in, I can see why! Ken and Bridgett are the best! They both made it super easy and inviting! Highly recommend!

I’ve been renting here for almost a year now! And I’d say this is one of the best place’s to rent a storage unit from in my opinion. KENNETH and BRIDGITT are awesome care takers of the facility! The place is always clean and well maintained! And they have a quality a lot of place’s don’t!! They have great customer service! And I feel beyond a doubt my stuff is safe! Thank you guys! devon.

I stored my household goods at Superlock Storage for 1.5 years, and they are very clean, safe, and professional. I had a twin mattress and box spring in my unit, unwrapped, and it didn't have any critter or bug damage. They provided pallets to help me set up my space and I felt that my belongings were very safe. They have a gated entrance, staff living on-site, and they keep everything clean - and in the winter they are good about plowing and snow removal. The price was also very competitive. I highly recommend this business if you want a convenient, cost effective, and reputable location to store your valuable belongings. I would definitely use them again.
