“Wide variety of products, staff are knowledgeable and willing to help provide recommendations, clean environment, products are easily displayed for customers to see, would highly recommend. Great location. Thanks Sammy.”
“The young lady (sorry I don't know her name) that was there Monday and Tuesday evening has always been so helpful. She always gets my mobile coupons to work. She deserves a raise!”
“One of the last great places a man (or woman) is left free to have a cigar without the smell of human, weed or Patchouli
Oil! Lol
You won't find roll you own cigarettes, a bong or vape here just gentlemen with pipes and cigars solving the world's problems with that old thing called conversation. Unfortunately for the public cigar folks do not share our ideas outside of the circle so the world will have to remain hectic but you can come by and find peace and a good smoke inside the Burn 🔥”
“My Dad and I were looking around, and Chris guided us through all sorts of options we had never heard of or tried. He went above and beyond with insights from his native Scotland. If you’re looking for whiskey, ask for Chris.”

“Had a great experience at 42 Smoke Shop! Mo was super nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. He helped me find exactly what I needed and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great service!”
“This is my #1 smoke shop to go to! The older man who works here is always so pleasant, helpful, and respectful. He even offered to order more items in flavors I wanted without me having to ask! The prices here, especially for vapes, are better than I've found anywhere in or near Eagan. They have cigarettes, vapes, vape juice, vape kits, cigars, cannabis, gummies etc. I will most definitely be returning to the store every time I'm in need and I recommend everyone to at least try it out and see what you think! They even have a customer rewards program where you can earn rewards and receive discounts!
Thank you for excellent customer service! ?”
“This is an amazing store. I come here and always treated with respect and it always have what I need. I 100 percent recommend this store if you in driving distance”
“Nice headshop, I used to go into the cities but then I found this gem and it's become my go to. They have beautiful glass and a wide selection and they are knowledgeable”
“My husband and I have been coming to the Burnsville Total Wine for a long time. We first visited often while doing Instacart and DoorDash deliveries, and now we also shop here for ourselves.
I have to say that the employees at this store are some of the kindest, most polite, and most professional people I’ve met in Minnesota. Every time we come in, we’re greeted with a smile, treated with respect, and if we have a question, someone is always happy to help.
The store is always clean, well organized, and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. Great customer service like this is rare, and it keeps us coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making every visit a pleasant experience!”
“Amazing friendly customer service! Madj the manager and all the staff there treat me so well. By far my favorite tobacco store! Great prices very welcoming. Recommend 5 stars!!!”
“Great place to shop in eat. Cub foods, The dollar store, Papa Murphy's the fitness center, the diamond shop and jewelry store there )They do a Great Job fixing jewelry and educating you on what you have. If needed The owner there she is very nice. The Collectible shop is a great place to buy stuff to bring back your childhood the owner is a great & nice guy. Everything from classic video game consoles such as an Atari. Baseball cards in classic action figures everything from the transformers to He-Man everything and the prices are fairly reasonable a great place to shop & Get a Quick Bite without all the foot traffic. (A little gem in the nook of Eagen)”
“I was there twice to look over the layout of the products. Met the owner who was very accommodating and nice. Ask him if he could get Newport Platinum 100 cigarette cartons he said he would try.
Apparently, my brand and type of cigarettes are a pain in the arse to find in Eagan or elsewhere. I have one tobacco shop on Diffley Rd and I-35E that I can get them, but cost $134 a carton. This store doesn't seem to be able to get them hence don't shop here. Because of the scarcity of my cigarettes, and the cost I'm stuck with one store only.
Otherwise in closing the employees are cordial and professional in my opinion, but don't carry my cigarettes unfortunately.”
“So much selection here! Knowledgeable staff will give solid recommendations and help you find stuff if you’re struggling to find something. The app is super helpful and will give you a location of stuff in the store as well! Definitely recommend becoming an account so you can earn points.”
“Honestly, the only reason I give 4 stars is because I went to this bait shop to purchase crayfish bait, but they had none. I later discovered no other bait shops in town did either, which was shocking to me in the State of 10,000 lakes. I was visiting from Indiana. Otherwise, I was very impressed with this idea of a combo shop, which included a deli shop, smoke shop and bait shop.”
“This is the best smoke shop I've ever experienced. The customer service is top tier. The guy is understanding passionate patient most importantly Very kind.
I highly recommend this location also they have very good prices compared to near by smoke shops! This location is great!”
“The Bloomington Smoke Shop has a large variety of your favorite tobacco, incense, and whatever you're in the mood for. Customer service is top notch and very clean and organized. If you like cigars, you will be able to pick your favorite one too! Convenient is what makes everything Great! Best place in Bloomington! Come see for yourself you won't be disappointed.”
“I don’t smoke but I went in there to get some vape for people I know as a gift, the vibe of the store doesn’t make you feel like you entered some smoke shop as the smell is sweet. The store looks well organized and eye catching so you get to know something new and the staff are knowledgeable about the products they sell.”
“Awesome guys inside, good prices, plus a nice vape selection with helpful staff, also they didn’t mind questions… the location is nice right off the highway.”
“Went here For the first time today. I have been to many CBD places in the area over the past couple years. Although those places have all had good customer service the customer service that I got from Sam today was second to none. I will always come here from now on. Thank you Sam!”
“The staff is friendly and helpful. They honestly answer questions instead of talking up the more expensive merchandise just to make a sale. They have a large selection of vape batteries and liquids (glycerin-based juice and salts)....Fast service and reasonably priced.”

“Everybody here is awesome
I just recently moved to Lakeville and I’m glad I found a shop close to home that has great customer service. I only know Jonas’ but every time I’ve met any other person they’ve all been great. I’d drive out of my way just to give them my business
