“Storage space was easily rented but suffered from being locked in Ice. Took some work and some effort to dry out the space. But it worked and having protected items with heavy plastic bags all turned out well. Access was good. Inspect and protect and all is good.”

“We arrived without an appointment late in the day and were told we could camp overnight and could have power if we wanted it. They got our 1958 bus into the shop and sorted thru undocumented wiring to find and fix an issue, getting us back on the road around noon. Not cheap, but great service and really nice staff.”

Jordan was so very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, I have never experienced such wonderful customer service at a U-Haul location, they both went out of their way to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed for our truck rental!
The pickup process was super fast and very easy! I highly recommend both of these guys to get a raise because they so deserve it!”

Later, when I realized that the pin I provided was threaded, I asked him for a solution for ease in taking the rack on and off. He reamed out the bar on the rack to make it work nicely. He did a very impressive job. Thanks!”
“Super service. Vehicle, while only 15,000 miles on it, had some electrical issues/shorts (tire pressure, ignition) that were worrisome but it got me where I needed to go. It was surprisingly comfortable and good gas mileage ~ 25 mpg.”

“Equipment was clean, and had no issues. Staff was friendly and professional, however, parking lot at this location is small and very tight with hardly any area to park your vehicle. I prefer to rent from the U-haul dealer on 7400 Lakeville Blvd in Lakeville, but corporate keeps switching me around to other locations even when I reserve two to three weeks out. I wish they'd stop doing that.”
