I recently rented a truck from here and had the worst experience ever. The truck wasn't ready to go out when I went to do pick up. Both of the employees working were very rude and disrespectful. The worst customer service ever at this location. One of the employees even came out in the parking lot and started screaming at me. I have rented from this location before and have never been treated this way before but I will never rent from this location ever again and I will never recommend this location to anyone. Uhaul needs to do better with how their employees treat their customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

Equipment was clean, and had no issues. Staff was friendly and professional, however, parking lot at this location is small and very tight with hardly any area to park your vehicle. I prefer to rent from the U-haul dealer on 7400 Lakeville Blvd in Lakeville, but corporate keeps switching me around to other locations even when I reserve two to three weeks out. I wish they'd stop doing that.

Overall it was quick and easy. Returning the truck after hours was also quick but the app closed mid way through the closing out process. Other than that it was great. Will be renting from here again.

I’m not sure what has happened recently but I’ve been coming to this U-haul for years and have never had an issue. I’m not sure who Mark is but he definitely needs to figure out if he should be in customer service or not. He was very abrasive and rude when answering questions. Told me he would flag my account so I would get hassled every time I do business there. Mark doesn’t have to worry about me coming back because I won’t with his nasty demeanor. If I could give zero stars I would. The other two ladies that were working I believe one was named Cynthia, very nice and respectful, kudos to them for even being able to stand Mark more than 5 mins.

I use this place often. Always great experience. Vehicles and trailers are in top shape and the pricing is good as well.

Stay away. Was treated horribly by employees and then chased out of the store after they refused factory hitch ratings. I email corporate to which I received a rude call and even after I say "let it go" they want to argue like they have some goal to meet. Save yourself the frustration and rent from a small, local company. Crown is awesome and I should have stuck with them.

Car was ok. Firstly l paid 69$ for 4 hour. Then l paid 120$ at the end they charged me 16$ for gas which is ok. And craxy buy 30$ gas filling service. Wth??? You charge for this?

I had purchased a hitch to be installed a week later. When I showed up at the appointment they told me they didn't have the part and would have to call me when it's arrived. They told me this has happened to them multiple times previously and it's a glitch in the system. Mark did try to call the Bloomington location but they were out as well. He said I couldn't get a discount on the installation because it was a centralized problem, not a problem with his store.I got a call later that afternoon stating my part was here and they could do the install in about an hour the next morning. I show up in the morning and tell Mark that I have to leave in 1 hr 45 to drop off my daughter at school. Mark gets super snippy and starts raising his voice with me, "you can't put me under pressure like that. This is a drop off facility." I told Mark that he was the one who said he could get it done in about an hour, Mark said, "we don't give guarantees." I told him them you should have told me that yesterday when you said it would take about an hour.After he got my Honda Accord into the shop he comes out 5 minutes later and tells me it's going to take a couple of hours because he has to take the bumper off. "This is a special installation. It's not normal." Great. I have to take an Uber back to my place and ask if they can give me a discount for the double hassle of not having the part for the stated appointment time and not being able to finish it when Mark stated he could get it done.Mark was very rude and trying to blame corporate Uhaul while not taking any responsibility for his role in stating it would take about an hour. He said he could get me $60 off, "but no more, we never do this. This is coming out of our pockets. Corporate would have our butts if they knew we were doing this."Ok great. I asked to talk to his manager and Mark goes off, "he ain't gonna get you more money if that's what you want." I stated that I just wanted to talk to him/her and make sure this doesn't happen again to another customer. Since Mark had said this problem happens occasionally. Mark walks away angrily talking under his breathe. Another guy comes, never introduces himself to me and Mark starts to explain his side of the story. Manager Dustin is calmer than Mark and talks Mark down but doesn't seem to understand that what I want is for him to bring this up with his manager and higher ups that this is a recurring issues and highly inconvenient to not have a part on the install day and also to give a time that the work would be completed and not finish it.I ended up taking an Uber home. Got a call later that day it was done but the rudeness of Mark and the lack of care from manager Dustin was horrible customer service.
