The loss of the ability to transfer funds through Pop Money to other banks or people was taken away and never replaced. Makes this institution way less useful and it will never be my primary financial institution. Plus the closure of multiple branches and difficulties getting answers is frustrating.

This credit union was great before the rebrand and rename. Since it has become Expedition Credit Union service has gone down. The branch has been often closed on Fridays before the close time. I have informed them of an unauthorized charge on my account and they have had no willingness to investigate the charge, informing me I was to contact VISA and do their job for them. Money can only be transferred between Expedition accounts and cannot be transferred to other banks. This credit union offers nothing to their consumers other than hassle.

I have been with Expedition for almost 10 years, and they are exceptional. When I unexpectedly needed a new car last month, they were quick to help me secure a loan with a great interest rate and had me in a vehicle that day. Customer service has been and continues to be top notch.

Awful costumer service! Unwilling to answer questions. First interaction I sent my husband to run a errand for me and was unsuccessful because they required photo ID. That is totally understanding! However Steve the loan officer was rude and short with his words.Second time we went in together and again we were helped by Steve and once again he was extremely short and rude! We asked a few questions and all we got was I can’t answer that! Both my husband and I work costumer service and can understand when some one is having a bad day or simply don’t know. But Steve was just flat out rude!

Worked with Nit, she was great. The whole process was really easy! I’m excited to start getting 2% back on debit purchases. I have never seen that anywhere else before.

I love how friendly the staff are at ECU! The mobile app works really well to quickly see my accounts. Face recognition is super quick and I can also transfer money out from my checking account to buddies at another institution.

The staff are always happy and pleasant. I was able to get a new car loan without too much work on my end. Digital signing for my loan papers and then automatic payments from my checking account. Thanks!
