Awful costumer service! Unwilling to answer questions. First interaction I sent my husband to run a errand for me and was unsuccessful because they required photo ID. That is totally understanding! However Steve the loan officer was rude and short with his words.Second time we went in together and again we were helped by Steve and once again he was extremely short and rude! We asked a few questions and all we got was I can’t answer that! Both my husband and I work costumer service and can understand when some one is having a bad day or simply don’t know. But Steve was just flat out rude!

Worked with Nit, she was great. The whole process was really easy! I’m excited to start getting 2% back on debit purchases. I have never seen that anywhere else before.

I love how friendly the staff are at ECU! The mobile app works really well to quickly see my accounts. Face recognition is super quick and I can also transfer money out from my checking account to buddies at another institution.

The staff are always happy and pleasant. I was able to get a new car loan without too much work on my end. Digital signing for my loan papers and then automatic payments from my checking account. Thanks!

The mobile app works really well to quickly see my accounts. I can login using my face and I can also transfer money out from my checking account to family and friends at another institution.

This bank is the worst. I have not been a member for over 4 years, and they have repeatedly reported derogatory information on my credit file for a credit card that I paid as agreed. My next step is legal action.

I used to love this credit union and had worked with them for a couple of years. Since launch of new name and new online interface, banking with this institution has become challenging. The new user interface is slower, but until recently has been serviceable. Without any changes on my end, the bill pay is now inaccessible on our joint account. Using multiple personal computers and even attempting access through the mobile app has proven fruitless. This has been "elevated" to some IT function about two weeks ago without any communication to me since notifying ECU about the issue. Calling in to attempt to get an update stalls at the customer service rep with no ability to speak with someone else, no ability to know what's being done, no evidence that anyone cares

I’ve had a great experience with Expedition Credit Union. I recently worked with Phil on two loans; and their rates are great. Phil was able to help me significantly lower my car payment and they offered much better rates over their competitors. They have been very responsive and get back to me right away on all communications.The new app is easy to use. I appreciate the ability to transfer funds to and from accounts at other financial institutions. I’ve had same day responses using the encrypted message feature on the app. Overall they have been great to work with!!

High maintenance accounts. Poor website and electronic management. No online payments. Requires visits to make transactions. Website doesn't work. On the phone constantly while they try to fix errors. Half hour wait times on the phone to get the rookie salesman on the phone who doesn't have account access yet.

No service! Membership requires a lot of time. Their payment system never works for transfers and you cannot make loan payments with outside funds electronically or with credit cards in person. NO PAYMENTS ACCEPTED OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE. You have to go to their location and pay cash. They want you to make payments by transferring from a checking or savings account but you can't access those accounts online or add money electronically. The system is always down and just maintaining accounts require countless phone calls. Poor service. High maintenance. Thumbs down!

Had to call 3 times to get errors fixed. Poor fund management. Access to accounts online is always down. Long hold times. Have to show up in person with cash to add funds or make payments. They say you can transfer online but the site is always down or creating errors. I have to call twice a week just to maintain my accounts. There is no instant access to funds. Everything is a 3-7 day transaction.

Banking app is STILL down. Nobody answers the phones. Cannot access my account, and cannot get anyone on the phone for assistance. Both website and app place you on hold for hours for customer service before finally telling you that nobody is available. Will be closing my accounts as soon as I can access them.
