This store should be grateful for Amazon returns, if it wasn't for the for traffic from that I'm sure it would just die off. The people who work hate are slow and always in a terrible mood. They have no manners when dealing with customers.

Terrible. I walk in, the only customer and the two girls working today (Tuesday August 12th at 10am) acted like I was disrupting their conversation and were rude. One of them then looked at the pre printed UPS shipping label and said that’s not what we scan. She cut it off of the box and said yea that doesn’t work and then literally walked away…ITS A PRE PRINTER UPS LABEL, YOU JUST SCAN IT.
So I went home then, printed the exact same label, stuck it to the box and went to the UPS store in West St Paul, where they scanned the label and I was out in 30 seconds with a smile.
Avoid this Apple Valley store. Never has there been a friendly person working there and the laziness is honestly impressive. Like holy crap, do your job. Scan the label.

If I could give no stars for this business, I would. Kevin the owner is rude and uncooperative, and he won't take responsibility for mistakes his store makes. DO NOT give your business to this store. I question why UPS continues to allow him to use their name.

Negative 10 stars more like it. Go to any other location if you can!! I tried to drop off a package that was labeled and ready, it was literally a drop off 1 minute past 7 and they said nope, you have to come back tomorrow. On my visit before this this they charged me $2 to put a piece of tape on my box.

Can't contact anyone- went to a branch but they can't track the package because while they are a UPS store they are not a UPS store -
The ultimate run around - Done with service like this. If any store uses UPS - it's not worth the headache of ordering from them.

I highly recommend NOT supporting this UPS store. I needed to print a one page black-and-white document. The gentleman quoted me $.95 to email it to them to print. After they printed it for me, they wanted to charge me $6.95. I explained I was quoted $.95 and they would rather throw out the printed page rather than let me pay what they originally quoted. How tragic businesses like this exist!

This place is always busy but Ashti took the time and answered all our questions when it came to getting a PO Box. She had to check with her manager about a coupon and even he got back to her right away. Excellent service!!

Worse experience ever
The manager of store started yelling at me for asking questions about a package from spectrum, I asked him to take it easy and show some respect for the costumers. He asked me to leave his store and refused to send the package. He stated that he owns the store and he will do what ever he wants. He is in the wrong business with that attitude.
