The lady that helped me was so rude, unwilling to help me. Helped 3 other customers while helping me. Couldn’t explain the 3.95$ charge for a label. When other UPS stores charge $1.00. Terrible customer service. I will never come here again. I told her have a good day she says next person. Wow

I’m .3 miles from this place having lunch but I’m going to go somewhere else based on the overwhelming amount of negative reviews. It sounds too much like going to the DMV.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Rude, unhappy employees 3/3 visits I've had to make to this location over the past 2 months. Honestly, might be worth the drive to visit another location. PS- I've always had pleasant experiences at other locations in MN and out of state. This is unfortunate and makes for a dreaded experience.

My recent visit to this UPS Store left me deeply disappointed. I needed just a small piece of tape to secure my package, a seemingly simple request, only to be charged a whopping $2 for a measly six-inch piece. When I questioned this unreasonable charge, the clerk responded with an indifferent attitude, offering a whole roll for $7 as an alternative. The lack of consideration and the attempt to overcharge left a bitter taste, prompting me to avoid this UPS store altogether. Driving further is worth it to avoid such poor customer service.

Wish I could give zero stars on this one. Agree with the gentleman’s comment about being a Christian. He (the owner) said he would pray for me, but for some reason, I didn’t believe him. Lol. Anyhow, I was not at all surprised to see all the negative reviews for this store based off my experience with the owner (was appalled to find out it was the store owner I was dealing with). How he owns a business or how UPS allows this man to represent them is beyond me. So very rude. I said he was not being kind and he said I was not smart and began calling me names. The poor cashier was clearly terrified of the man. I felt sorry for her. He also would not provide his store number or his name unless I gave him my full name, phone number, etc. He said we’re exchanging information and he doesn’t need to tell me any business information unless I share my personal information. Well, sir, here is my full name and information. Very disappointed in service here. Mail Pack and Ship is right around the corner. They are an authorized UPS shipping dealer. Save your energy, go there instead.

The owner needs to get some training for a retail worker and for a store front business owner.Attitude of employees starts at the top. A few of the employees at this business do need some training for their positions.So just do it. “Here is what I am able to do for you”. Working retail is not easy. Dealing with the public can be stressful, especially if the owner has no people or leadership, conflict resolution or people management skills. The customer is always right is a fallacy. It is how they expect to be treated though. Just do it. Cement customers. Don’t drive them away. Even if they are the customer from hell.

Why even play Christian music if you don't reflect being Christians at all?! I think satan worshippers could be more polite. Constantly want to upcharge you for everything. They have major attitude if you can't get the qr code out in 2 seconds. I wish they'd just close already so someone else could open a new and better one. Either that or the owner actually train his counter people how to have manners. I left shaking mad. I know why people go postal now... They've had to return packages at Apple Valley, MN UPS store.

I was completely package shamed at this location for thinking I selected an Amazon return that didn’t require me to package the item (spoiled by kohls I guess) and the young guy who “helped” me was very rude about it. I am a fully functioning adult with kids and a mortgage and a full time job and in the ten minutes I had to return the package, I didn’t take out a magnifying glass to inspect the QR code. The horror!Listen, I’m in customer service and I get how tough it can be dealing with the same questions and issues all day but you need to be able to fake kindness just a little bit or you’re in the wrong job.Seriously avoid this store like the plague it is.

I had a horrible experience dealing with the manager of the store. I have been to this location many times without any issues. I was spoke to in a very condescending manner and was told to move it to the back of the line when I had a question about my return to Amazon as others were waiting. He was aggressive in his approach and very rude.

Given online estimate (32 inch long tube weighing 2 lbs, 3 inch in diameter) for $20.43. Brought into this location to complete shipping, charged $45. Employee refused to explain the difference. Avoid at all costs.EDIT (7/17/23) -- As requested below, I sent an email with the requested material on 7/5 with no response.
