DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. The employees at this location are kind enough people, but they work for a despicable soulless corporation that doesn’t care about you or your money. My girlfriend opened an account here when she moved to the states and it’s been a nightmare ever since. Less than a year and 3 times her account has been hacked. Imagine waking up unable to access your online banking, you go to a branch and $3000 is spent on Coinbase (also within a day or two of closing and opening a new checking account FOR THE SECOND TIME due to fraud). Two disputes and months of fighting with US bank only for them to decide that it’s appropriate to return $1k and say the other $2k was her. These purchases were made at the same time, at the same place, and my girlfriend has NEVER spent anywhere near that kind of money let alone on crypto. If US bank’s disputes and claims department thinks it’s likely that someone fraudulently spent $1000 on Coinbase (which she’s never made an account on or used) and then SHE HERSELF happened to purchase $2000 more by some coincidence at the same exact time, they are either not intelligent enough for their positions or they just don’t care about their non-business account holders. Bank with a credit union or go with Chase if you need the perks of a big bank.

Can Never get a real person when I call. Then they end the call and say you can contact the website or another number. Very poor customer service

Terrible experience. No one knows anything regarding insurance claim check. second time in after being sent home to call an 800 number the first time! Passed around employees. Waited while they chatted together.
Can we work in something professional? Flannel shirts and jeans? On a Wednesday.
Two bankers leave, for lunch?, while I sit and wait.
Added, after waiting the second time, banker Tara Li Becchi helped me and was Excellent!
Thank goodness she took the time to call and make sure we knew exactly what to do, and did it efficiently. Very professional!

Disappointed by US bank as a whole at this point but this branch is an entire joke. Long story short I mobile deposited a check. Everything looked good. I paid my rent. I got a message from my landlord saying he was unable to cash my check. The bank is holding the check after they made it available! I then called and spoke with someone they told me to come to the branch and a manager could fix it. Ok fine. No one here knows what is going on, the manager doesn’t even speak to customers- just the bankers. I can’t get a direct answer and they are holding MY money that was already made available. I am considering closing my entire account here because frankly that is ridiculous.

Don't bother trying to deposit cash at the ATM.

I've banked with US Bank for a while now and they wouldnt give me change (rolls of quarters) without having a business account. The guy wasn't nice about it either. Deposited two checks and thought I could get that at the same time to just be turned away. Things like this make me regret banking here. My dad's business switched to Chase amd looks like I should go talk to them now too since one is now in Apple Valley. DO BETTER!

US Bank is terrible. This branch is atrocious .. fees galore, tremendous wait times and 50% chance they will even be helpful. Take your money elsewhere.

Hire more tellers. My first visit to a US Bank and stood in line far too long. Three tellers trying to help people in a timely manner just doesn't cut it.

The guy at coubter just told me go and wait near safety box room and he wilk send someone ... Then he totally forgot about it... I had to wait another 15 mins.. Rang bell and no response.. I again needed to go to countet and wait for turn to ask basically samething again.. Finally someone came and help... Again to keep it back i keeo ringing bell and waiting for 20 mins to return the box
i cant understand whats the use if waiting in line if yiu cant respect time and only respect some faces you like (racists probably)

I'm unsure of her name, but we've had her multiple times and she's incredibly rude. One of the times she plain didn't want to help us and passed us on to another teller even though she was completely capable of doing what was needed. Today she yelled my husband out just for using the pen at an empty teller window while we were waiting.

Literally the slowest bank I've ever been to. I tried giving it more chances but the last 6-7 times my wait has been at least 20 mins for a simple deposit. I've been a teller before and do understand what it entails but this is ridiculous. I'm now going to be late to the office because the help time per customer is probably on average 8 minutes. Simple transactions do not take that long. Drive thru is just as bad or worse. Also, nobody greets you when you walk in.

Your clients' time deserves respect. While some may tolerate extended waits, it's essential to recognize that not everyone has that luxury. I had a scheduled appointment to meet with Hailey W at 1:15 and arrived five minutes early. However, the initial interaction with a representative left much to be desired. Despite informing him of my appointment, he checked something at a nearby desk and then left without a word, later serving other customers. After approximately 10 minutes of waiting, I approached him again, but there was still no information about Hailey's whereabouts. I emphasized that I had taken time off work for this appointment. He consulted with someone and eventually directed me to a room where two employees were engaged in conversation. I patiently waited at a nearby desk, but they continued to talk, necessitating another approach on my part. It was only then that Kyle K came to assist me.I shared my frustration, yet there was no expression of empathy or apology. There was no explanation provided for Hailey's absence either. The nature of my requirement involved an international wire, and it became evident that Kyle had limited experience on this and the process took time longer than it should. It's okay to not be proficient, but I was expecting a better treatment.Regrettably, it feels like appointments hold little value in this branch. Some individuals seem to feign productivity while customers like me are left waiting. We deserve better treatment of our time and needs.Update 8/24/2023The individual handling the social media accounts reached out to me and expressed their apologies for the incident. They assured me that they would take the matter to a higher level, and indeed, they followed through on their promise. Just yesterday, the manager of the branch personally phoned me to convey their apologies for the unfortunate situation. They even offered to reverse certain fees as a gesture of goodwill. It's important to note that my intention wasn't solely to secure a fee reversal, but rather to advocate for the enhancement of their services. I conveyed this to the branch manager, who pledged to oversee the necessary changes. This experience demonstrated that they value customer feedback and are committed to addressing concerns.I genuinely appreciated their proactive approach to resolving issues and their willingness to listen to customer grievances. As a result, I have every intention of continuing to utilize the services of this branch in the future.
