I'm unsure of her name, but we've had her multiple times and she's incredibly rude. One of the times she plain didn't want to help us and passed us on to another teller even though she was completely capable of doing what was needed. Today she yelled my husband out just for using the pen at an empty teller window while we were waiting.

Literally the slowest bank I've ever been to. I tried giving it more chances but the last 6-7 times my wait has been at least 20 mins for a simple deposit. I've been a teller before and do understand what it entails but this is ridiculous. I'm now going to be late to the office because the help time per customer is probably on average 8 minutes. Simple transactions do not take that long. Drive thru is just as bad or worse.Also, nobody greets you when you walk in.

Your clients' time deserves respect. While some may tolerate extended waits, it's essential to recognize that not everyone has that luxury. I had a scheduled appointment to meet with Hailey W at 1:15 and arrived five minutes early. However, the initial interaction with a representative left much to be desired. Despite informing him of my appointment, he checked something at a nearby desk and then left without a word, later serving other customers.After approximately 10 minutes of waiting, I approached him again, but there was still no information about Hailey's whereabouts. I emphasized that I had taken time off work for this appointment. He consulted with someone and eventually directed me to a room where two employees were engaged in conversation. I patiently waited at a nearby desk, but they continued to talk, necessitating another approach on my part. It was only then that Kyle K came to assist me.I shared my frustration, yet there was no expression of empathy or apology. There was no explanation provided for Hailey's absence either. The nature of my requirement involved an international wire, and it became evident that Kyle had limited experience on this and the process took time longer than it should. It's okay to not be proficient, but I was expecting a better treatment.Regrettably, it feels like appointments hold little value in this branch. Some individuals seem to feign productivity while customers like me are left waiting. We deserve better treatment of our time and needs.Update 8/24/2023The individual handling the social media accounts reached out to me and expressed their apologies for the incident. They assured me that they would take the matter to a higher level, and indeed, they followed through on their promise. Just yesterday, the manager of the branch personally phoned me to convey their apologies for the unfortunate situation. They even offered to reverse certain fees as a gesture of goodwill.It's important to note that my intention wasn't solely to secure a fee reversal, but rather to advocate for the enhancement of their services. I conveyed this to the branch manager, who pledged to oversee the necessary changes. This experience demonstrated that they value customer feedback and are committed to addressing concerns.I genuinely appreciated their proactive approach to resolving issues and their willingness to listen to customer grievances. As a result, I have every intention of continuing to utilize the services of this branch in the future.

Aside from the fact that there was no acknowledgment when I walked in, I have been waiting 20 minutes to see a banker. I had to go a teller to try and get assistance…not good

This bank is an convenient location I lived close .One African Americans lady is so nice give gr8 service and some of the White American this Arabian guy is very arrogant and snooty.He has been there a while he has poor customer skills He needs more training.Surprising he a lead or high rank not sure how that happened nor why no else complain about his behavior maybe because MGMT is the same ethnic that's acceptable NOT smh.. I go out my way to not go here and when I do I rather get another clerk ,he never gives me money transition correctly as I requested he gives me money the way he wants whether it's inside or drive thru.. I've been a customer over 10yrs. I shouldn't have to get mistreated for service or anyone however long they have Is Bank I have to go out my way to another bank in order to qualify for service. He brings this business to an two. Tellers should be rated and bankers for their services. Good they have Googled Reviews.

All the staff here are so nice and welcoming and helpful. One person that really stood was Tara. That girl is amazing and smart and so helpful. She knows her stuff! Thank you for being the best bank ever !

Bette obviously too broke to fix the giant potholes everywhere in their parking lot. If you care about high cost vehicle repairs, beware if this parking lot. Cost me $1600 just driving through it! They don't care either. Tells you who they're after for customers.

If you have any problems they will tell you you need to fix it on the app as they are unable to do anything themselves.I have spent 2 days trying to link an external account and my other bank is so helpful and us bank is the problem and no human working for them can help.I now had to spend $25 to wire money that should have been easily transferred.And this location isn't as bad at the Eagan location.Do Not Bank Here!

My husbsnd ,who is deaf came into to make a payment like he does every month. Two guys standing by the door. Not explaining why he cant get though.he told them he was deaf. They could have wrote the reason why down. Please have some consideration and respect from or the deaf c ommunity
