Brian was an interesting sales person. When I told him I’d been with Verizon since 2008 and wanted a new phone, Brian explained to me how Verizon does not value long term customers. He said that in the stock market, all that matters is the next quarterly result. They are REALLY important. Therefore Verizon values new business opportunities, over existing customers. Brian had many other things he wanted enlighten me about but what wanted was a phone and a new plan. So I left and went to T-Mobile where they were happy to talk phones and not the stock market. Put one in their column next quarter. Brian needs to learn that people don’t buy things from unlikeable people.

Tom saved the day for my family! My daughter broke her phone and we were in a difficult financial situation. He and his manager worked out several options for us. They even helped make sure we were saving money on our current plan. These guys care about their customer and treated us like family! I will definitely be going back to see Tom for our future phone updates. Outstanding team work and customer service!

Lazy, and overly self interested. Couldn't care less about the customer. If there is an automated way or phone call for something to get done instead of them having to do it they will pass you off. Their commissions are mostly based in sales and if you're not making them extra cash they don't even want to retain the customer. Don't waste your time or money here, go somewhere the employees are less obvious about how much they don't care.

The call center messed my phone up 7 ways to Sunday. Currently still not working after spending 3 hrs in store and 4 hrs on the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Taking my business to at&t as soon as replacement t phone comes In.

Not bad, only complaint, is I felt rushed. Like he had so many other things to do.... there was only 2 customers in the store, us and another guy. I think he was mad I didn't want to jack up our bill. Sorry broski, not everyone is made of money, some people have a budget. Sad we lost "friendly" in the customer service we received and got basic customer service.

Jeremy and Anthony were absolutely AMAZING at this store. I had a complicated issue with a previous promotion and balance and they were able to zero in on the issue and helped to quickly resolve it. When I met them I was about to leave Verizon as a customer but they were so nice and detailed in their explanation of the issue that not only did I stay with Verizon as a customer, but I upgraded my phone as well. Really great service at this location-highly recommend!

The technician was eligible and helped service the account accordingly. Unfortunately, the service that was needed we needed (order a phone that wasn’t available in store) through the app so that way we could still have a device and order the new one that we wanted to get. But he still took the time and walked us through everything to place the order that needed to be done.

Do not go here. Go up to the Rosemount location. Brian made me so uncomfortable I walked out of the store. He was aggressive and rude for no reason. He flat out told me to bring my mom in the store (she’s in her 70s mind you) so he could argue with her because he loves to argue with people. Who says that? Also he keeps pacing back and forth behind the desk. Moving a lot. Really set me on edge. It was like he was dancing to a choreographed fight in his head. I get people have bad days but he was ready for a fight/argument the moment my dad and I walked in the door. Everything he told me I couldn’t do and would have to pay 100% out of pocket for I was able to do up at the Rosemount location. Awful customer service at apple valley. And his coworker just sat there watching it and didn’t try to de escalate his co worker. All I wanted was a new phone. Really disgusting how they treat paying customers who’ve had accounts over 20 years Run. Run fast and far.
