Was very excited to go and check out this Goodwill but after about 5 minutes of browsing I left. MULTIPLE items are very very OVERPRICED. I happened to walk by the front door and they had a couple of Lululemon items. Items like tank tops, shirts, pants worn down were price tagged at $30.00? WHY? I will never be coming back here.

I had been past this place many time, but I finally stopped in to have a look around. This particular store was pretty decent compared to some other ones that I have been in. It was pretty clean, and organized pretty well too.The staff that I did interact with were friendly, and I see no reason to think that I won't come back here when I am in the area again.

Just like most Goodwill stores they charge too much for what they get for free, and there really is no tax breaks.

This is my favorite place to shop and donate! There is something for everyone here! Shoes, luggage/bags, name brand clothes, furniture, household items, toys and hobbies and almost anything you didn't know you were looking for! The staff is friendly and you get great deals while supporting a good cause. Goodwill keeps millions of pounds out of the landfills and helps individuals overcome obstacles to secure a good career. Five Stars ?

Americans with Disabilities Act is a FEDERAL MANDATE!! Why is Goodwill allowed to Discriminate?? The restroom is not accessible for all people. Just say The Pledge of Allegiance and see if this company respects all human beings?! They don’t!

Holy f****** shit.I can believe how stupid 90% of the people are who donated s*** to goodwill.I sat in a damn line for 40 minutes today. I get close enough to the front to actually watch people drop off their s*** and my mind almost explodes. One old bag leaves the f****** blue cart on wheels in the middle of the f****** area and just leaves the damn worker takes another 3minites to move the thing. The woman in front of me decides to take 3 minutes to organize her f****** trunk after donating her shit.Move the f*** out of the way and do your organization on your own damn time in a parking spot.People are terrible.I'm never waiting in that line again.I'll be driving up to the side and tossing the bags of clothes into the bin and driving off. That my rant for today.

Pros: Clean store, EV charging unit at the west end of the parking lot, pretty good employees. What I don't like is the 20% off "your entire purchase on Earthday" but when you get to the cash register-only certain color tags work. Really? Be sure to bring your magnifying glass or microscope to see the *tiny* print. Also, forget about trying on the item you're interested in-no fitting rooms. And they don't want unpaid merchandise in the bathrooms. If you do take a chance on an item-be sure to know the return policy: No cash refund, depending on store less than 30 days of purchase (5 days if it is clothes), you must have the original receipt, the tags must be intact, no returns on sale merchandise. ALL merchandise is sold "as is". I know ALL of this because I was behind someone in line that TRIED to return an item.

I'm leaving this review because I really love buying clothes at Goodwill, but I haven't been able to lately due to new changes. I went clothes shopping during my last visit, found some items I was interested in and went to use the dressing room. The dressing room wasn't there anymore! I put all my items back except for a shirt I was sure would work with me.I thought I could just buy the shirt and return it if it didn't work. Sure enough, the shirt didn't work so I came to return it. Turns out they only do store credit. : ( Sooo not helpful! They gave me my money back for this time, but I felt so defeated.Buying clothes at Goodwill is one of my favorite things, but I just can't do it anymore due to these changes and I'm really sad about it.To buy clothes at a thrift store you NEED a fitting room. It's just essential. Or at least a really good return policy. I don't know if this is a decision at all Goodwill's or just the Arden Hills location, but I hope it changes.I'm not leaving this review as a Karen, I'm leaving this review as someone who really likes goodwill and wants to keep buying clothes there but now I literally can't. If someone from Goodwill corporate is reading this, please bring back the dressing rooms!

We waited in line for 25 minutes just to drop off a bag of clothes. When we finally got into the garage, it took less than 30 seconds and the employee didn’t even make an effort to increase the speed.
