First time visiting today. The overall experience was just okay. They were able to accommodate a last minute walk-in, which I greatly appreciated. Nail techs all seemed nice enough. At the end, my nails looked great from afar. I tipped $10 on a $47 charge. But I got home and quickly realized the powder is all very far from my cuticle. It looks like my nails have already grown out by at least a week. ? I regret not addressing this before I left.There are several nearby nail salons I'd try first unless you're in a pinch. ?

this was horrible! I had a man, the only man who works there, f you go in and he helps you ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE!!!! he ripped off my old acrylics, extremely harsh and painfully leaving about 60% of my natural nail left. also cut into 4 fingers when using the drill causing my cuticles to bleed, made me hold my arms up not allowing me to rest them on the counter which pushed my arms in the sneeze cause causing scrapes on my forearms. was overall a very rude man. made snarky comments, didn't ask what length I wanted and cut my nails extremely short. about 3 centimeters shorter than I wanted. lastly when he Tok my card to pay, he entered a 20% tip and refused to give me the recipt. do not go here.Services: Acrylic nails

Horrible customer service!! Rude!! Go anywhere else but here. They don’t care about the customer in front of them.(Response to owner)I don’t believe you are accurate in your portrayal of my behavior of causing chaos in your store. I never talked to other customers or raised my voice. But, if I came across as rude or have upset you, I apologize. It’s never my intention to be rude or hurtful. But, after the experience I had, and since you asked for it, I will tell the whole story from my perspective.I came to my appointment for acrylic and gel. I wanted to try French nails. I don’t go to salons often so I don’t know how they are supposed to be done. I thought it seemed doable. And that’s what I told the lady that was doing my nails. I would have gone along at the end how she would have wanted to do them. I was wondering if there was a way to get it to look more like the picture. But I was wrong for asking. There was one point where I noticed my nail could have been filed more and I started to say something but stopped myself. The lady pressed on and asked what it was and after telling her “it’s nothing” a couple of times, I told her my nail could be filed a bit more in this one spot. I don’t remember what she said but I responded with “I’m sorry, I thought it was supposed to be straight.” She looked and talked to the man (I’m assuming is the owner) and he must have told her to refuse me service. She told me I was being too picky and that she couldn’t finish my nails because I wouldn’t like how they turn out. I’ve never had this happen before. I always pay and tip regardless of outcome. She said she only had 30 minutes to do my nails and she already spent 15minutes putting them on. I never knew how long they had to do nails before so I was not mindful of time. As a customer, my expectations at a salon are for salon quality nails and a positive customer experience. I didn’t know what was happening and why she was calling me names. I’ve never came back for chipped nails or asked for discounts. I felt like I was going to cry so I said “ok, I guess I’ll leave then.” I never raised my voice, I was not angry. I was sad and hurt that your salon made me feel this way.This was the worst experience I’ve had anywhere. The sad thing is, this wasn’t the first time I’ve felt hurt by your staff. I can’t believe I came back so many times and given you the benefit of the doubt. I went to you guys because you were the closest. But that doesn’t matter to me anymore since your priorities (low quality nails done quickly) don’t line up with mine (salon quality nails and a positive customer experience).I will work on my tone so I don’t come across as rude. I challenge you to do the same and have more compassion for your customers. I hope no one has to feel how you’ve made me feel again.

Quick, straightforward experience. No massages are given with the pedicure. I was able to request an intricate nail design and it turned out great.

I went in as a college student looking to take advantage of their “student discount” but turns out they only provide that for highschool students. I also picked a color that ended up not being what I was looking for and he choose one similar for me. He didn’t tell me that this polish would be an up charge until the end. They are obviously trying to take as much money from students or really anyone as much as possible. The person I had do my nails was a man, I do not recommend. Nails turned out fine but not worth the scammy feel I felt. You could achieve as good of nails elsewhere.Service: Acrylic nails

I brought 2 young girls there for a pedicure. I was hoping they would give them a little better service. 32$ for a half hour service. Rushed no quality of service. Polish was chipped by the time one of the girls got home.
