Terrible service! Pricing was not straightforward and when I asked a question, the technician became very defensive. I have been a customer at nail salons for years and never been treated so poorly.

I am happy with my gel manicures at Royal Nails and recommend that you check them out. They help me select a color, carefully remove old gel and give a hand massage at the end. Friendly staff and conversation. I’m looking forward to a pedicure soon too!

Asked for dipped and got acrylics. Pedicure was about 15 minutes she rushed through it. My finger tips hurt bc she kept filing til there was nothing left to file. I went in with long natural nails and left with shoddy stubs. This place is horrible.

I was a bit disheartened to see all the low reviews, but I had a GREAT experience! They were able to take me at the time scheduled, was given a very thorough pedicure, and the polish job was perfect. Pricing was competitive. Everyone was very friendly. Clean. I'd go back and recommend.

Very bad experience. I did my manicure and gel removal at home and just needed gel applied. I was shocked when she charged me $30. They did NOTHING BUT PUT GEL ON.
Will not return. Don't recommend this nail salon.

My husband gave me a gift certificate to Royal nails. Just left my pedicure. Very disappointed. For $55 dollars she basically trimmed my nails, rubbed a file on my heals, slapped some paint on and shoved me out the door. I arrived with flowers on my big toes, asked for new ones, but left without! She did one half rub of lotion on my legs....just the front of my shins!! In and out in 20 minutes at the cost of $55. She cut my skin twice, and my nails are oddly shaped! I will ask that if he gifts me another pedicure, that it be elsewhere!!!!! What a rip off!!

This nail salon deserves more than a 3 rating. Seems like many folks only leave a review when they had a negative experience. I had a regular pedicure with nail polish for $40 and was very happy with the service. Friendly staff, clean facilities, good results. I will be back and recommend to others.
