Had a seamless interaction on a complex clean of a down-filled coat and real fur hood trim piece - but the best part had to be working with Russell who was so engaging and personable we ended up chatting for a while and I really enjoyed talking with him. He didn’t need to do this level of customer interaction but went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and listened to - rare qualities today and he deserves a shout out and recognition for this! I want to like St Croix Cleaners...I really do. I've used them a couple of times and I thought I'd found a great cleaner in my area but I just don't think I can trust them anymore. I dropped off pants and a shirt Wed for a wedding today (Sat) and I was told they'd be ready after 3:00 on Friday...perfect. When I went to pickup late Friday the pants were ready but the shirt was nowhere to be found. They said they'd track it down and perhaps it could be ready the next morning...great. They called me later and indicated they found it and got it done to be ready the next morning but it's in Stillwater and I'd have to drive there to pick it up...ok. I got up and made the drive to Stillwater and the shirt was there and ready...I could tell right away the collar was folded over wrong but figured I could rectify that when I put it on. When I got it home and took off the plastic I could tell instantly that the shirt was still wet and didn't appear to have been pressed and still had wrinkles. So here I am with the shirt hanging outside to dry while I set up the iron so I can try to get the wrinkles out myself...ugh.I do really appreciate the attention they have this and the attempt to make it right knowing that I have an event to attend today...everyone was extremely nice about it which is great. They didn't charge me for driving my shirt to Stillwater, getting it wet and putting it on a hanger for me so I guess that's nice. But if they can't seem to fundamentally execute the services they provide I'm uneasy about using them again. If I need to drive across town then dry and press my shirt myself after using them what is the point?

Today I picked up a suit jacket. At 1st I was a little disappointed because the stain had not been removed....but Crystal saved the day AND the jacket. With the tip and help she gave, by the time I got home the stain was disappearing. Bring your items here.
