I went to ship 10 sheets paper in a Manila envelope. The desk lady after not helping the guy in front us of us at all, she tried to charge me 55$ for 5-7 day ground 40 miles away.her explanation of why it costed so much was it happens sometimes. She was hard to understand because she spoke very softly. I go to usps and shipped the same exact Manila envelope for under $4. She was either ignorant and not good at her job or was trying to scam me. Know the prices of things before you go because you might be taken advantage of. Avoid this place..

I was told I couldn't be helped because they close soon. I walked in the door at 3:53, they close at 4:00. I get it, I was rushing at the end of the day, but close of business is 4:00.

I was inside before 4 employee was on the phone and didn’t take my return because she stated I came in after 4pm when she was on the phone and took the customer ahead of me.

When I dropped off a package to this location, a staff calculated the rate of $59 for ground shipping a regular 6-pound package, which was higher than it should be ($25) based on UPS shipping rate. I asked the staff to refund the rest. The staff didn't know how to operate (seems new hire). Then I told the staff I would stop by the next day for refund and the staff confirmed to save my package for the next day. By the time I stopped by the second day, a different staff told me the package was alreay shipped so they cannot proceed the refund. The third day, I stopped by again and try to argue about this, they said the UPS shipping rate online is always lower than franchise; when I showed them the rate on UPS website, they changed to say package should only be saved for up to two hours in the store. But when I check the UPS tracking detail for the package, it showed the package was not picked up by truck until the end of the second day...I gave up geting my refund.The lesson l learned, pay your shipping fee online before going to the UPS store. The staffs in UPS store in this location is just careless and unprofessional at all.

I've been to ups stores all over the metro. Never treated as anything more than "neeext"Not here. 3 occasions. 3 perfect experiences and that's why I'm actually taking the time to review. Today I dealt with jaanvi, and she was as nice as anyone could hope for. Thank you management and jaanvi for helping me again with great attitude and customer service

What ever happened to opening on time? 12 noon and the door is still closed. If you open at noon then you should get to work by 11:50 at the latest.Poor services!

Clerk is clearly annoyed when taking multiple heavy packages. Store opens at 9 but it’s now been twice that I have gone and it’s not open at 9:15. Just not a reliable and friendly business.

Horrible. Long wait times, slow service. People were walking out because the one person working didn’t know what they were doing. Also packages dropped off here take forever to get scanned into the system and does not happen the next business day.

Great place to return Amazon items. The people here are very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking available including handicapped parking. With Amazon returns, you just bring in your item and show the code to scan from the Amazon app, and they print the label and ship it. As easy is that! Takes no more than a few minutes!

Notary service was terrible. Not helpful at all!! Could not notarize a document, which may be understandable, but was not helpful in providing guidance or information for how or where to find notarization forms, which I later learned are easily available online and there should be no reason they cannot either access and print or for them to have copies of.

The employee at the counter was unhelpful. Several questions were returned with answers of indifference. Was told to go shop with Uline if I wanted to buy a shipping box.
