I get that the pharmacies are very busy, but I have disconnected twice to tie. I was on hold from 6:10 until 6:45 pm tonite, someone answered they wouldget to me shortly then disconnected me! Get on the line against 6:48 pm, was on hold till 8:45pm. It briefly connects, then they disconnect me AGAIN. Almost feels deliberate so they don't have to deal with real people. I am always polite, especially since Covid. But this, this is unprofessional.

I visited this Walgreens location for my Covid vaccine booster and the ladies working in the pharmacy were so nice and helpful! They had me in and out with all my paperwork in 20 minutes and Walgreens put $25 on my account for getting my booster!

The staff has been super helpful as I’ve been in the process of moving AND switching insurance companies. Prescriptions filled quickly and correctly - they’ve answered questions and been friendly. Would highly recommend!

I've been without my medication for 2 days because yesterday the power was out (i understand there is nothing they can do about it, that's just fine) but today there is a significant amount of construction and i couldn't figure out how to get to this location to get the meds i've already gone a day without and i called the location and the shift lead on 10/29 at 4:45 pm was so rude saying "i didn't know there was construction i don't know what to tell you" and "that's not our fault the power was out" "i just drive down lexington you can't do that?" when she simply could've looked out the window to see if every road was blocked off or just the one intersection. as someone who is asking these questions so i could pick up my mental health medication i've gone without due to the store having a hiccup the least the store could've done is said i'm not sure in a kind way! i understand times are hard and the store is having issues but the #1 rule of customer service is being kind and understanding to people. especially if it's just for a quick question! i will be transferring all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and not coming back to this location if this is how they treat those calling in to make sure they can get their medications.
