They had plenty of opportunities to sell me things I did not need, but did not do so. As part of the purchase they assisted me in downloading from my existing Microsoft account Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Then they helped me link my Google account with Microsoft and merged emails on my phone. Then they assisted me in downloading my photos from my iphone and from the Icloud. After spending all this time with helping me at no additional charge, they encouraged me to contact them with any additional questions! Amazing customer service that is so hard to find these days! I am so grateful for all of the help received...saved me so much time and stress!”
