I bought 200 lbs of hamburger that Gerals Jiravis had processed there. I brought it home and it is terrible meat. I was told by Gerald that without adding extra tallow to the burger it would have been very dry. Well it was the strangest burger ever. It wasnt red it was a pinkish gray color. When i unwrapped it chunks of it stuck to the wrapper so the texture was off. The taste was just not right. I tried grilling it, making meatloaf, made a couple hotdishes, even sloppy joes were terrible. Now im not sure what to do with this but i paid $800 for 200 lbs of CRAP BURGER and it seems its nobodys fault. This is an example of screwing the little guy. I will not ever buy meat from either of you again and this is going to court. Not small claims...cuz then i wont get attorney fees n lost wages!! Buckle up boys...we goin for a ride!!

Very Unprofessional. When I requested my order be separate and not mixed with other peoples meat he said he wouldn’t do it. I drove 60 miles and called first. Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication of his empoyee he said take it or leave it and good luck finding someone to do it. I said that’s fine but you should work on your manners. He screamed the F word at me three times as I was walking out the door.

we have family that comes every summer and they have to stop at Audubon Meats for Jerky and beef sticks. it's part of the visit they look forward too. Best smoked meats ever!

Excellent meat market and custom processor. I've been bringing my deer here for 22 years to be processed into hamburger, sausage, beer sticks etc. Cannot recommend enough!
