Very knowledgeable staff, excellent 1 on 1 with vet, she cares for our pets as if they are her own. Wouldn't take my fur baby to anyone else!!

Auroch's is always so friendly and helpful with my dog. I've been taking my pets there for almost ten years and trust the care and guidance I get there. I've always gotten honest information and never felt pushed into any services. Dr. Sara is honest and up front about what she feels is best for my dog. She always takes the time to explain things and makes sure I understand what she's saying. Lando (my dog) is never hesitant to walk in the door, so I know he loves it there!! (They spoil him with attention!)

The staff is kind and caring. We brought our pets to Dr. Lange, the previous owner of Aurochs, for years and were very. Dr. Lange even went the extra step of coming to our house to put our beloved border collie mix, Becka, down when the time came. Dr. Lange retired in 2020. Since that time we have been going to Lee in Hawley and have been well served there but have missed the more personal service of a smaller practice. When our 15 year old cat, Nemo, required dental work and possible extractions we made an appointment at Aurochs for a second opinion and to see if we could get the work done sooner that the earliest surgical appointment we were offered at Lee (over a month out). The staff at Auroch's were kind and understanding. Dr. Mattson, however, had a confrontational vibe from the moment of entering the exam room and used the phrase "jerk move" to describe our wanting them work on Nemo, like we were putting Aurochs in a position of 'stealing' a customer from another vet. We can understand the stated position that Lee might be in a position to provide care based on familiarity with Nemo, but the position seemed more driven by peer concerns with Aurochs has with other local vets. Effectively, as customers, this position would eliminate our freedom of choice to make decisions for care. We have since made arrangements for an earlier appointment with Lee for Nemo and will continue there. I regret ever crossing paths with Dr. Mattson.

Staff at Aurochs are all so kind and helpful. They helped my dog and my cat to be calm. They were very thorough. My animals get excellent care there!

Amazing! Dr Sara and her techs are amazing!! I have a very anxious and angry cat and they are amazing with her. They try their best and do what they can for her! And their prices are great!
