Wow is all I can say. I brought my truck in with major front end damage. The process was very smooth.They worked with my insurance. They did an epic job. They even cleaned my truck inside and out. So easy to deal with them in every matter. I truly will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

I couldn't have had a better experience with CSI. Great customer service from start to finish-thanks Mark! Estimate and process was fully explained, and he kept me updated every step of the way. Repair is perfect!

I could not be happier with the repair work done on our car. They were extremely busy when we took our car in and it was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Looks and drives fantastic. Thanks for the excellent job on our Ford Taurus SHO!!!

I received amazing care and service at Collision Specialists! They worked with my insurance, gave me honest feedback, and their service was speedy. The cherry on top was that they delivered my car back to my house once repairs were complete!

Collision Specialists did an outstanding job fixing the roof of our work van. They went above and beyond to ensure that the repair was done correctly and in a timely manner. Always quality service! This is my second time having a vehicle taken care of here and both times I’ve been impressed. I had someone back into my car in 2017 (I think) and when they were done with it you couldn’t even tell! I just had another vehicle in that was hit by something while it was parked and it’s good as new. They even cleaned my car cleaner than I could ever get it and put my belongings neatly in a tote in the back. They are always very friendly as well and have plenty to keep kids entertained if you have to bring them along. Highly recommend this body shop!

The group at Collision Specialist Inc. could not be any BETTER!! I took my new truck, purchased April 04, 2023, to them to get an estimate on what it would cost to repair a scratch from a local car wash in town(go check out that review). My only intention was to get an idea of what I was in for to get this fixed. The most AMAZING thing happened, they instructed me to go watch So Who Wants to be a Millionaire(um this guy!) in the lobby and he was going see what he could do. My first thought, how long am I gonna be here? I have to work tomorrow? Will my wife miss me? I had no idea what I was in for. I have no idea what kind of magic they have back there, but my truck wasn't gone long enough for me to see if case #6 held a penny or $1,000,000.00. You know what else I couldn't see THE SCRATCH in my truck. He said he was able to buff it out as it was in the upper shell or candy coating or ozone layer( I was too excited to really tune in to the technical jargon he was laying). I braced myself for the next part, when I realized I had just given my keys to a body shop with no idea of the work to be performed. Not gonna lie, thoughts immediately raced through my head as to how many credit cards I would have to split this to in order to keep it off the radar of the wife. What he said next surprised me more than my wife actually agreeing to marry me, he said , " NO CHARGE!!" What, NO SCRATCH and NO CHARGE, this is too good to be true. The only thing I regret is not knowing what was in case #6, otherwise this place is TOP NOTCH!!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Couldn’t be more grateful to the employees of Collision Specialists! I got into a silly accident with a pole. Uff. I damaged the front passenger side, my passenger mirror, and had a big dent. Definitely not a proud moment in my life. Talk about embarrassing!I called Collision Specialists when the incident happened, and had an excellent experience from the start. Brandon Salz was SO helpful walking me through the estimate and insurance claim. He called with updates when he had them, and stayed on top of keeping me in the loop when we had to go out of town for awhile.I couldn’t recommend these folks enough. As a young woman, it’s awesome to find folks that treat you with respect + care. The guidance I received was 10/10.Bonus: they left my vehicle squeaky clean!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

These clowns caused more damage to my vehicle than what I brought it in with. They had to redo the entire job, and the insurance company waived my $1000 deductible because they still didn't do the repair correctly the second time. They destroyed my $1200 cargo carrier, roof racks and roof rack trim, scratched their own paint job, didn't install the destroyed cargo carrier correctly and didn't fasten the bolts that secure the roof racks and cargo carrier in place and the cargo carrier certainly would have blown off the roof had I not caught it before leaving the shop. They attempted to replace oem parts with junkyard garbage, damaged paneling and seat belt assemblies, didn't replace paneling they agreed to replace, didn't remove dent after 2 attempts, didn't match paint, realigned the sliding door to accommodate for not repairing the dent correctly. The vehicle now needs around a $7000 repair job to correct their negligence. Lawsuit pending. Stay away from this shop if you care about your vehicle.
