I'm sorry to say this in here but u have a lady Jennifer hilton working in the Austin area well I was disappointed to see a person working there not on her right mind she looked high and rude just disrespectful I won't go there if you have that lady gone. The “Area Manager” Nicole Melton is insanely rude and disrespectful. She invited me to interview for their Store Manager position in Albert Lea. She spent the entire interview trashing my education, my experience, and just on her phone. Unprofessionalism at its finest.

Wouldn't refund my money when the phone was in the window. Mark tried to argue but the managers told him he couldn't do it. Very upset with this company. STAY AWAY they will sell you a phone without knowing if it gets reception and force you to pay and keep it.....

Great customer service, straight to the point, switched from straight talk and haven’t had any issues since. The lady was pretty nice and got me what I needed. Sweet.
