I walked in at 5pm a full hour before they were closed and they wouldn't accept a walk in. They said they were fully booked but no one was in the store at all. They were very obviously in the middle of closing and didn't want to take a walk in on a Friday night. When I pointed out no one was in the store they repeated we are booked 2 more times. It was extremely odd and off putting.

Susana was the absolute best! I stopped in for a quick eyebrow/lip wax. She was super friendly, and did a great job! I will definitely be back to see her!

My artist Amanda did a really great job, she gave me the exact look I was going for, and made the whole process easy for me. This was my first time dying my hair and I couldn’t have been more satisfied! I have full faith and trust in her skill, I can’t wait to go back!

Stylist: Don’t remember her name. I had a foot color in highlighting, good amount of pieces just wanted a little less, trying to ask for it, explain not as many blonde ones. She couldn’t take any criticism or constructive request. Cut me off and said go somewhere else immediately. Very immature? Not get the customer satisfaction. No , ok I’ll add a little brown to fix it a bit. Just go to someone else. Then the other girls didn’t want to, so basically get out! Pay good money, good tip. But I’m truth you attitude. Not like the olden days!!!

I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Zhara today at Fantastic Sam's and what a truly amazing job she did! She managed to even out the bad spots in my hair and help it for the next stage of growing it out! She has thus amazing personality that is so easy going that she just puts you at ease! I will most definitely be going back to see her!!

I always get great service here from Amy A++ she is always a pleasure to see. Nice salon and friendly Gals. I like that they take appointments now and you don't have to take your chances by walking in.

We recently moved to Austin and switching my stylist was very scary to me. I headed over to Fantastic Sam's and was greeted by Marlen. She was very bubbly and super friendly!!! She managed to fit me in right away. My hair is finally growing out and she knew just what to do to help it lay right again. I had such a great time and an amazing haircut!!! I am looking forward to my next cut!! Thanks so much Marlen!!!
