My wife & I have both been hassled when trying to use Good RX. I had to call Good RX to get it handled. Just recently my wife went in to pick up a prescription & when it was her turn stepped up to the "pick up" window & gave her name & the customer representative barked back at my wife and said (IT'L BE A MINUTE) No helpful smiles at this store.

Just relocated to Austin a few months ago. This is by far the worse Pharmacy I haven’t ever frequented. Extremely slow, not sure if short staffed. If so they should let you know it’ll take days not hours to fill a prescription.

Worst pharmacy in town prescriptions are never ready: I’ve lost my prescription and a middle Easter pharmacist said I needed to report to the police to get my replacement I’ve work with other pharmacies in town and they’ve never said of a police report if you lose your medication very rude by the way well never be filling my medications their I recommend sterling pharmacy the best in town.

I'm from put of town so I try to bundle my errands. A little after 9:00 today I stopped by hyvee pharmacy to pick up my prescription, my last stop of the morning only to be told that the pharmacist wouldn't be in until 11:00 so I couldn't get my prescription. 18 miles back home. Another reason Hyvee has become bottom of my shopping list.

Second worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They take days longer than any other pharmacy but blame it on saying it's not available but when pressed suddenly come up with it, they cost my SO literally several days of medication because they told us it was an insurance issue when in reality they just wanted the script written for more time and it was a medicine that is very unhealthy to just stop. There's literally a hundred other things as well but only so much room. If you have any other choice do not use this pharmacy literally

Disappointed. Saw the last few months they've had bad reviews and I see why. Was initially told 45min wait to fill prescription. Went back after shopping and they said they'd call me. 6hrs later before they closed and found my prescription was filled. I don't expect my prescription to be filled immediately but a phone call or better communication would've gone a long way.
Prescriptions were put all together in a plastic grocery bag which is strange (usually comes in small paper pharmacy bags).
Overall was not what I expect from a pharmacy. Normally convenient to get prescription filled and shop at Hy-Vee but I will be switching to Walgreens or Walmart for future refills for customer service and time.
No "smiles" at Austin Hy-Vees pharmacy.

They seriously need more staff because nothing ever gets done on time. I submitted a refill that required them to talk to my pharmacy. 2 days and nothing so I asked my doctor to do it and they sent authorization in an hour. I've also used the drive through and waited for 5 mins until someone answered. He took my name, DOB, and my DEBIT CARD to pay for the pills. 10 minutes later a lady asks if I need something?! I have also had to wait 45 minutes for a refill because it wasn't ready. They started preparing to close so I went up and asked if it was ready, which it wasn't, and they quickly did it in 5 minutes. I've never had a pharmacy be this unprofessional, including other Hyvee locations before, but unfortunately it's the cheapest one in town.

The staff at Hyvee pharmacy are Rockstars, I called tonight to fill a prescription right at close for my niece and Vicki kept the pharmacy open just to make sure she got her medicine, means the world to know we got such great people at our local hyvee pharmacy. Thanks Again Vicki!!!!!
