Jackson Hewitt Tax Service provides knowledgeable and professional tax preparers who answer questions and make clients feel at ease during the stressful tax process. The service gets the job done with good communication. However, there can be significant problems with wrong contact information, causing unnecessary stress for clients trying to find the office. Despite being expensive, the service is handled by nice people who take care of clients' needs once they arrive.
