We have been taking our vehicles to Medgaardens for over 3 years and have always received exceptional service. The employees are great to work with and they put their customers best interest first. I can't imagine taking our vehicles anywhere else!

was on my way home from work when i broke down driving, some kind gentleman pulled over to help me saying he works for this place as a mechanic, i remember his name was like Armin i think, and he climbed into my motor and the fuel tank, he then shrunk himself to go into washer hose and cleaned it out, he then climbed into my muffler to check what was going on. he pulled some tools out of his pocket and fixed my silverado right there in the middle of the road, he then proceeded to replace my windshield wipers as well. Forever grateful that this gentleman pulled over to help, and this dealership is lucky to have him as a mechanic!! thank you!!

Awful. Bought a car that seemed great from them and it broke down a week later. They did NOT help at all. I still had to make payments and pay out of pocket expenses.

Drove 5 hours last year and this place sold me a jeep wrangler with a bent axle. Absolutely zero chance they didn’t know what the problem was. At the time it had a faint squeak and I knew almost nothing about cars so they told me I just needed to replace the caliper. 1 year of headaches, a replaced caliper, pads, rotors, and nonstop squeaking later and it’s looking like a multi thousand dollar repair. I feel sorry for the city of Austin that a scummy place like this is one of their only options for used cars. They weren’t even friendly anyway. -20 out of 10. Despicable.

I went to look at a vehicle, but the listing had hidden the fact that there were was a veritable Christmas tree of lights on on the dash. Additionally the car had several issues come to light in a 5 minute test drive. The salespersons suggestion was to purchase a warranty. If you purchase from this dealer, make sure you have it inspected before purchasing.
